Construction of bore well at Kathdaji Mawar.

Drilling/Boring of tube well using air rotary drilling rig with ODEX/DTH drilling system through all types of strata, including overburden and hard rock formations, to the required depth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, with bore diameter suitable for installation of 125 mm dia and 5mm thick casing assembly. The item shall include supply, lowering, fitting, assembling and welding in vertical position of 125 mm dia Mild Steel Casing Pipe and MS Screen/Strainer Pipe, Class-B, plain and beveled ended, conforming to IS 4270 and relevant Indian Standards, complete with all accessories and joints. Welding shall be carried out using approved electrodes conforming to relevant IS specifications and all joints shall be watertight. The item shall further include development of the tube well by air compressor, surging and pumping or other approved methods until clear, sand-free water is obtained and the desired yield achieved, complete construction of sanitary protection block around the well head measuring 1.22 m × 1.22 m × 0.30 m (4’-0” × 4’-0” × 1’-0”) in cement concrete 1:3:6, finished smooth and sloped away from the casing pipe to prevent ingress of surface water. The complete work shall conform to IS 2800 (Part I & II) and other relevant applicable Indian Standards, including all labour, materials, machinery, compressed air, welding, testing, transportation, disposal of drilling debris and all incidental charges, complete in all respects. a)Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 (latest revision), of minimum 5 HP capacity suitable for deep tube well application, having required discharge and total dynamic head as per site requirement, comprising submersible motor and multi-stage pump of approved make, complete in all respects. b)The submersible motor shall be of approved makes such as Kirloskar Brothers, Crompton Greaves, suitable for continuous duty operation under borewell conditions. c)The item shall include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panel suitable for 5 HP motor, capable of soft start/soft stop, speed control and protection against overload, dry run, phase failure, over-voltage and under-voltage. The VFD shall be of approved makes such as ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Delta . d)The item shall further include supply and installation of automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for 5 HP submersible pump system, of minimum 12 KVA capacity or as per actual load requirement with safety margin, complete with necessary protection features. The stabilizer shall be of approved makes such as V-Guard, Servokon, Microtek, Servomax. e)The work shall also include complete electrical wiring, earthing system, interconnection between pump motor, VFD, stabilizer and control panel, including all accessories such as cable termination kits, glands, lugs, protection devices and required fittings. The item includes testing, trial run, commissioning and handing over of complete system in working condition, including all labour, tools and plants, transportation, loading/unloading and incidental charges. All materials shall conform to relevant IS/BIS specifications and shall be subject to approval of Engineer-in-Charge before execution. a)Supply,laying, fitting, jointing and testing of Antifreeze PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes of 40mm dia with PN 20/PN 25 pressure rating for delivery line, including all necessary fittings such as valves (Gate valves,Globe valves etc ),elbows, tees, couplers, reducers, unions, adaptors, end caps, clamps, supports and transition fittings (PPR to GI where required), complete as per site requirement. PPR pipes and fittings shall be of approved makes such as Aquatherm, Supreme or approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

a)The work shall also include providing and fixing of 3-core flat submersible copper cable of minimum 10 sq.mm cross-sectional area, conforming to IS 694, including waterproof jointing kit, cable clamps and accessories, complete electrical connection and earthing system. The cable shall be of approved makes such as Polycab,HP, KEI or approved make. b)The item further includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump control panel / starter board, factory fabricated, comprising suitable starter (DOL/Star-Delta as applicable), MCB/MCCB, overload relay, dry run protection, phase failure protection, voltage protection device, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps, selector switches and complete internal wiring, of approved make. The work shall include testing, trial run, commissioning and handing over of complete system in working condition, including all labour, tools and plants, transportation, loading/unloading and incidental charges. All materials shall conform to relevant IS/BIS specifications and shall be subject to approval of Engineer-in-Charge before execution. Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank (Vectus Ten x i. e 10 layer)with cover, conforming to ISI: 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. (Rate Including base support of structural steel and wooden slab , Supply,laying, jointing and testing of Antifreeze PPR pipes from tube well to Tanks and tanks to service connections of buildings , of required dia with PN 20/PN 25 pressure rating including all necessary fittings such as valves (Gate valves,Globe valves etc ),elbows, tees, couplers, reducers, unions, adaptors, end caps, clamps, supports and transition fittings (PPR to GI where required), complete as per site requirement. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: 2.9.1 All kinds of soil :

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings,balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.
