Demolishing / dismantling of old building (Single storey) consisting of cement concrete/ stone masonry foundation, stone masonry walls in superstructures, RCC slab including truss with CGI sheets and joinery work etc complete Job. The serviceable dismantled material shall be handed over to the concerned District Police Authority by the contractor on failing which the cost of the serviceable material shall be deducted from the bill of the contractor as per the prevailing market rates. The unserviceable material shall be disposed off beyond municipal limits or as per the directions of EIC.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc (not exceeding 1.5M in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50 mtrs including getting out the excavated soil and including the disposal of surplus excavated earth to a suitable site as directed by EIC within a lead of 50 mtr, all kind of soils.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including leveling, dressing, watering, consolidating, ramming and all carriages and royalty charges upto site of work complete.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of Ist quality conforming to IS:15622 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, grey, fume Red, brown laid on 20mm thick be bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete incl. all carriage and costs of material involved.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre molded and pre-polished), machine cut of approved shades , colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) with joints filled with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing molding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shape (area of slab over 0.5 Sqm) 18mm thick.(As per the directions of engineer in charge).

Providing and laying of Kota stone flooring over 25mm thick in slab, riser of steps, skirting dado and pillar laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, including rubbing and polishing complete. including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles size 300mmx450mm conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make (12x18) like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) with (Sal wood)
