Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium shutters with frames as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for single or double leaf door shutters using 16 gauge sections with Plain glass,particle board,powder coating with pure polyester powder of shade of approved colour on the aluminium section, handles, lock, tower bolts, latch, door stoper etc. including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling,labour,materials, etc. complete

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge ,curing,scaffoldings, all labour and materials etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.with approved colour, shade aall labour & Scaffolding and materials complete,etc.

Applying primer coat for wheather shield/ ultima cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: water thinnable cement primerwith approved colour, shade all labour & Scaffolding and materials complete,etc.

Providing and applying external paint of Dulux/ultima/Asian/berger/Nerolac or any other approved equivalent make for external surfaces, overhead water tanks, etc. including preparing the surface, cleaning, coir brushing, scaffolding, all labour and materials complete in Two coat .

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of Dulux/ultima/Asian/berger/Nerolac approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in double coat with approved colour, shade all labour & Scaffolding and all labour and materials complete

Applying paint using two coat enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer (paint and primer will be supplied by GSL free of cost at GSL store) including preparing surfaces etc with approved colour, shade all labour & Scaffolding and materials complete,etc.
