Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100mm bore drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) and removing of demolished pipe to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and depositing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm bore (internal bore) and making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), smooth finished and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and exc 1.50 mtr but not exc 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound and used as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for cutting of road as required (approx 9.25 mtr each length) for laying RCC/SGSW/AC pipe line including repair/makeing good with filling of earth, boulders, WBM, BM etc. with top surface finished with 30mm thick ready mixed patch filter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm bore salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipes, Grade ‘A’, laid in trenches and jointed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 300mm bore RCC (Reinforced cement concrete) pipes, Class NP-2 with collar, laid in trenches and jointed, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in concrete bed to drain pipes 100mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manhole etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as in angle iron frames for manhole cover and similar work etc., confirming to Fe-290, Grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia as in handle for manhole cover, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of CI/PVC pipe of any bore and size, laid in trenches including bends / junctions / gully traps etc. and removing of sludge, if any to a distance not exc 50 mtr from starting point and depositing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 27.00 above but pipes fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of manhole of any size, depth not exc 1.5 mtr including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning, dewatering and disludging mechanically, removing the waste materials and sludge to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at site in borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) The quoted rates shall be included for earth work / excavation and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre.

Cleaning of manhole of any size, depth exc 1.5 mtr including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning, dewatering and disludging by mechanically, removing the waste materials and sludge to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at site in borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) The quoted rates shall be included for earth work / excavation and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank of capacity 25 users by disludging inlet chambers and removing the waste material by mechanically with use of mechanical sunction machine (contaminated water and sludge/solid waste) and sludge to a distance to near by suitable distance as cleaning measurements of quantity of contaminated water and solid waste/sludge in the percentage of 40% and 60%, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- The quoted rate shall be included for earth work / excavation and removal of surplus soil from pits to a distance not exc 50 metres.

Cleaning of drain pipes (SGSW / RCC / AC) of any size including manholes channels by mechanically from manhole to manhole for cleaning eye and well flushing with water after cleaning including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning and removing waste material / sludge to a distance near by suitable distance and depositing in the borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size and type upto the 1st manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC, blockage of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substances or materials or due to any other reasons, to the entire satisfaction of Users / Occupants by manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of User's on complaint slip, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including the followings :- Notes :- (a) Contractor shall have to deployed four (04) numbers of Safaiwalas to carryout day to day (seven days of week) blockage complaints, slip shall be collected from the complaint cell of AGE B/R-I. (b) Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt complanits, and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty @ Rs. One Hundread Fifty (Rs. 150/-) will be recovered from the contractor's dues per complaint. (c) The Safaiwalas must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing. (d) The payment shall be made to employees/Safaiwalas on or before 7th day of every calander month. Payment to the employees shall be done by crossed cheque ECS / NEFT through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Minimum Wages Act. (e) Contractor has to submit proof of payment and proof of EPF subscription made by him alongwith RAR/final bill. (f) Contractor shall quote the rates considering employees monthly leaves, releiver etc. as per labour law and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (g) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever of manpower engaged by them.
