Transformer Overhauling maintenance of 04 Nos 01 MVA and 01No 1.25 MVA Distribution Transformer at Sub-stations No. 2, 3 and 10 at IIT Kharagpur campus.

1. Diagnostic Test before and after overhauling maintenance. a) IR & PI value measure (Scope MD 5060X 5KV digital insulation tester) b) Winding Resistance measured of all tap position (Scope TRM 104) c) Transformer turns (voltage) ratio testing of all tap position (Scope TTRM101) d) Magnetic balance e) Vector group testing f) Magnetizing current measure. 2. Dismantling of all accessories and core cleaning and again fitting. 3. Replacement of complete gasket of the transformer including top cover and bushings. (Supply of gaskets, O-ring, Teflon washer, Bushing seal, Teflon tape, Flex-kwik, Devgun putty, Silika gel). 4.Oilfiltration machine with oil hose pipes of adequate lengths and suitable flanges with Transportation of machine. 5. Eproxy painting with primer supply and work. The above job done as per ANX-I and as per instruction of site in-charge. As following Transformers:-
