The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/rinse at the tank/sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/silt/sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacteria agents on walls to kill harmfull bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Liquid capacity of water tanks of any capacity in litres is measured for payment (The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning marking of date of painting on the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace and submission of certificate from specialised agency).

Replacing existing damaged floor tiles at different locations with ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 of approved make matching with existing flooring in color and shade on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete by carefully removing existing damaged tiles without damage to edges of adjacent tile flooring including dismantling existing bed mortar and disposal of debris to nearest dumping within compound yard all complete as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design for fixing of unplasticised - PVC pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting chases in brick work, fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall with rich cement plaster etc. complete.

Cleaning of blocked Nahani trap / floor trap in toilets for removal of blockages including removing the silt , slush,, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc., and applying white cement and fixing the grating with white cement and disposal of all unwanted material to the approved muncipal dumping yard and flooring around the trap wherever required to arrest the leakage all complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Clearing chokeage of exisitng gully trap. Cost includes all labour and material required for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer line from gully trap to manhole to clear the blockage, chokeage etc for proper functioning of sewer lines (The payment shall be made for removal of blockage in between gully trap to manhole as one job with all above operations.) disposal of all unwanted material to the approved muncipal dumping yard etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Repairs to floor/Nahani traps in toilets includes the following operations a)dismantling the flooring tile and lime concrete etc., around the nahni or floor trap carefully to expose the joint of trap. b)Dismantling the extension piece above floor trap and providing new extension piece of PVC pipe of appropriate diametre including filling with cement mortar 1:1(1cement:1 fine sand) . c)testing water joint for water tightness. d)Providing and laying of ceramic tile on a bed of 30mm average thickness for the damaged portion to match with the shade of existing tiles including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of existing tiles all complete as per the directions of Engg-in-charge.

Providing and fixing clamps to existing GI pipeline laid on walls of diametre 15mm to 40 mm with necessary screws, nails including wooden plug etc., at all levels and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.Rate includes removing and refixing of GI pipe lines wherever required.

Removing and refixing CP pillar cock by replacement of internal fitting such as Gadda etc & making it into workable condition complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing repairs by tightening of the existing pillar cock/bib cock/stop cock etc for proper functioning etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position precast RCC Man hole cover for chambers , frame of square of size of approved make.The cover should be 40mm thick and provided with required quantity of reinforcement.The frame shall be fixed in cement mortar over the manhole opening and rounding of edges etc. shall be made complete all as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing Septic tank by mechanical pumping mechines and necessary labour including providing/spreading atleast 5liters kerosine on top of sludge inside the septic tank to avoid foul smell for the surrounding occupants, the deposited sludge/suspended material/night solin etc., should be removed and transported by mechanical transport beyond municipal limits including dewatering of liquids as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

P/F single scaffolding system on the exterior side up to 16 m height above ground level, made with atleast 100 mm dia Bamboo ballies placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical ballies jointed proprly and supported to walls and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration and removing it thereafter .for execution of work of cleaning .The scaffolding frame work shall be stiffened with bracings, runners of 100/75 mm bamboo and jointing with coir strings, nails etc. connecting with the building etc wherever required making good the walls locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge. Note :- (i) The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose and payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding for repair works (ii) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such repairs/renovation works on exterior works. iii) In case of usage of hanging jula is feasible & used at site during execution, the rate shall be 50% of cost of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
