Material & Labour for dismantling the ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm (48 inch) of any make/model, cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding, cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the motor with super enamelled Copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original including replacement of insulating material and using varnish class ‘B’ for insulation and re-assembling the fan including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make for winding wire :- Devidyal/HTP Thulax/Chetak Note:- All defective/ unserviceable parts/items like bush, bearing, condenser etc. shall be measured and paid separetaly under appropriate items mentioned here-in-after.

Supply & fiixing only in replacement of capacitor/condenser of size 4 Mfd for fan motor including making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in –Charge. Make :- Epcos/Tesla/Asian/MTC/Usha

Supply and Fixing in replacement connection lead consisting of PVC unsheathed round, PVC insulated 03 ( three) core flexible copper wire of size 14/0.0076 for making the connection from ceiling rose to ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Supply and Fixing in replacement bottom cover made of PVC suitable for ceiling fan of sweep 1200 and 1400mm of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Supply and Fixing in replacement fan blade set suitable for exhaust fan of sweep 450mm (any make/model) duly painted as per sample or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement fan blade set suitable for exhaust fan of sweep 300mm to 380mm (any make/model) duly painted as per sample or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement fan blade set suitable for ceiling fan of sweep 1200mm (any make/model) duly painted as per sample or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting to exhaust Fan of any sweep/size/make, checking nut bolts and replace if required, painting the fans (at store yard of AGE E/M or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) complete including fan body, blades etc. with synthetic enamel Black/Grey paint by spray gun after cleaning all dust / spoil and greasy spots and including using filler for filling cavities. After painting, MES No. shall be marked with red colour synthetic enamel paint using stencil as per existing No. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement if fan motor exhaust fan/ air fresher, cooper wound 300mm sweep, single phase 230v AC supply including replacement of rubber pads and making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : Crompton Greaves/ GEC/Nelco/American universal/Khaitan/Cool home.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling Fan of any sweep/size/make, checking nut bolts and replace if required, painting the fans (at store yard of AGE E/M or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) complete including fan body, blades, canopies etc. with synthetic enamel white/Black/Grey paint by spray gun after cleaning all dust / spoil and greasy spots and including using filler for filling cavities. After painting MES No. shall be marked with red colour synthetic enamel paint using stencil as per existing No. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
