SPECIAL REPAIR OF DUCT AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AT AF STN JORHAT UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

Dismantling carefully fallen down rusted air duct including insulation and supporting structure from outside of plant room to DB 20 room complete all as directed.

Supply and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/ square duct (As per existing size and shape) made out of 'L" shaped hollow profile duly factory boxed including fire damper made out of galvanized steel sheet blades & frame and all accessories such as cornet, cleat, cattiage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealqant on longitudinal joints etc of size 22 gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for duct insulation with resin bonded nitrite rubber insulator of density 24 Kg/cum with factory laminated aluminium foil vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as 25 mm including following works:- (a) Material and labour for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of mill scale, dirt dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Material and labour for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound complete all as specified and as directed. (c) Material and labour for sealing of all longitudinqal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide to make the insulation leakproof complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Material and labour for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12mm/ 50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MS frame work for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening head of open type compressor of central type AC plant each 20 TR Capacity of make: ACCEL, MODEL: SMC-6-65 including dismantling completely 20 TR capacity compressor parts in presence of MES representative and display all the parts/ components of compressor for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts, repair/ replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts, re-assembling and re-installation of compressor in original position after repaired, reconnecting and making functional in all respect complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here-in after)

Material and labour for preparing old painted surfaces of reciprocating open type compressor unit of central type AC plant 20 TR capacity each at WWR comprising compressor (1 No.), centrifugal induction motor 25 HP capacity (1 No), condenser chamber (1 No) etc. and applying a coat of grey synthetic enamel paint (1st grade/ quality) on motor, compressor body and condenser body, one coat of synthetic enamel black paint on base channel frame of compressor unit and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade/ quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on fan guard with spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Serviceing/ cleaning of AHU complete of AC plants of 40 TR capacity including cooling coil, filters, removing dirt, scales etc with cleaning chemicals (coil cleaner) and painting the outer body with a coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) of the existing colour code complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing for expansion valve of capacity up 40 TR including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing for cooling tower sprinkler with gear box, drive shaft, FRP fan suitable to motor assembly, base, bearings and arms stay supporter etc suitable for 40 TR AC plant including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewiring of panel board control switch gear in inter locking arrangement of AC plant equipment with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated stranded FRLS copper conductor cable for compressor - 03 Nos , condenser pump - 02 Nos, AHU- 01 No., cooling tower - 01 No. and heater - 01 No. including replacement of spare parts. (Note : Cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after).

Supply and fix for pre filter box type having dust filtration capacity 90% efficiency down to 10 micron of size 500 x 400 x 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for nitrogen gas pressure testing by pressurising with and including nitrogen gas upto 300 psi the complete system to find out the leakage and maintaining pressure for 24 hours and rectifying leakages in the system, vacuumising complete system of central AC plant with double stage vacuum pump of - 2kg/Sq cm vaccum pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for PVC fills of size 600x300x150 mm for cooling tower complete all as specified and as directed.
