Manning & opreation and general Daily / weekly maintenence of Diesel Engine driven Alternators of any make/brand having out put of different KVA (manning, running, opreating round the clock in shift continously including Sunday & holidays unless stated otherwise against individual items) installed at the under mentioned locations. (a) HQ Delhi Area (DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA-2 No & 75 KVA -1 No) Cassel Road (DG set of Capacity 160 KVA) and MES IB (DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA & 30 KVA 1 No Each) - 03 shifts (i) 1 st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs one skilled FGM (ii) 2nd shift from 1401 hrs to 2200 hrs one skilled FGM (iii) 3rd shift from 2201 hrs to 0600 hrs one skilled FGM (b) WEE /1 WEC/EETSU (DG set of capacity 30 KVA , 250 KVA -02 No Each, 80 KVA-01) - 03 shifts (i) 1 st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs one skilled FGM (ii) 2nd shift from 1401 hrs to 2200 hrs one skilled FGM (iii) 3rd shift from 2201 hrs to 0600 hrs one skilled FGM

Note : (i) The contractor will ensure suitable replacement of Gent Operator while on leave/weekly rest. (ii) The Operator should have preferably working experience, educational & Technical/working experience certificate of Tradesman should be submitted and shall ensure that 01 Gent Operator always be present in each shift. In case of absence of any Gent Operator penalty @ Rs 100.00 per Hour per Gent Operator shall be imposed on the contractor. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that all stations (as mentioned Srl item No. (1.10) to (1.40) are in proper working/functioning condition. if any item is required for proper functioning of the system the contractor shall inform to concerned JE/AGE/GE immediately via telephone and in wiriting, and shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building , lawn, garden, outside the bay yard , hard standing , footpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegetation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv ) The contractor shall provide dress with jacket – 02 Nos to all the electricians employed by him as per sample approved by GE,First Aid box including required Medicines,necessary log books and other stationeries as per installation manning demand the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rates of item Srl No. 1 here- in- before.

Worker's wage per person per day (inclusive of GST as applicable)

Employees Provident Fund as per existing rules (Prescribed Rate of EPF as applicable on (minimum wages without GST ) + GST Rate as applicable on Prescribed Rate of EPF as applicable on (minimum wages without GST )

Employees state insurance as per existing rules. (Prescribed Rate of ESI as applicable on (minimum wages without GST) + GST Rate as applicable on Prescribed Rate of ESI as applicable on (minimum wages without GST )

Contribution of Bonus as per existing rules. (Prescribed Rate of BONUS as applicable on (minimum wages without GST) + GST Rate as applicable on Prescribed Rate of BONUS as applicable on (minimum wages without GST)

Over head & profit on total of srl No 1.02 to 1.05 as applicable.

LWC as per existing rules on total of srl no 1.02 to 1.06. The bidder should note that the minmum wages including all statutory provisions as mentioned in item no 1.02 to 1.06 are exclusive of GST for calculating of labour cess.

NOTE For Item 1 and sub items :- (a) The quoted rate against EPF, ESIC and Bonus shall be considered for payment on actual basis. Contribution towards EPF, ESIC and Bonus is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, ie proof of payment. (b)The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonus,taxes etc as applicable and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF,ESIC, BONUS and LWC under respective heading /subitems. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonus,taxes etc on the last due date of bid submission. his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance.In such case,the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/bonafide bids only. (c) 'NIL' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'.

(d) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be consdered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place in accordance with Rules for Rounding off of Numerical Values in accordance with IS:02 OF 1960(Revised 2016) of BIS. (e) Any variation in minimum wage, liability of EPF/ESIC/Bonus/LWC/GST shall be adjusted for reimbursement/recovery as under:- (i) Variation in minimum wage including other related statutory provisions shall be adjusted in terms of Condition 63 of GCC (IAFW-2249). (ii)Variation in percentage/rate of GST and LWC shall be adjusted as per instructions in Annexure XVI of MES Manual on Contracts which deals with ‘Reimbursement/Refund on Variation in Taxes Directly Related to Contract Value’

Supply and fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc,complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes ,including one coat of zinck chromate primer paint including prepration of surface at contractor's workshopbefore fabrication complete allas specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised sheet 0.50 mm thick power pre coated in roof fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolt complete all as specified and directed

Material & laboure for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of water pump complete of existing make suitable for DG set 30 KVA to 250 KVA all as specified and directed.

Labour for attending of any breakdown of standby supply in any location ,whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Engine, alternator,control panel,AMF panel etc . Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in three hour the penality of Rs 500 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock.

Material & labour for opening / taking down radiator of DG set of any type / make and capacity 30 KVA to 500 KVA from base mounting, cleaning / descaling using air compressor and cleaning with detergent etc and examining of water leakage of the same after cleaning , descaling and repairing of leakage, if any, using welding/brazing etc including replacement of all connecting parts i.e. radiator hose pipe with clamp, bolt, nut, washer, rubber bush, packing material etc and re-assembling the radiator, fitting with DG set properly in original position, checking the alignment, making proper hose connection, testing for smooth operation complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of replaced spares / parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates . 2. The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
