Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description including cast-in-situ terrazzo (below or above ground level), not exc. 15 cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed,

M&L Brick masonry with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, old size bricks, built in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 06 above but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial item No. 7 shall be used.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block, kneels, apex stones etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered including form work all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying 15mm thick rendering unsing ready mix plaster bags on brick / concrete surfaces of external walls finished even and fiar, using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified an directed. Note : Contractor is required to deposit ready mix bags for 100% CA quantity to the Engr-in-Charge within 15 days of acceptance of contract.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work as required up to 3.50 Mtr height building.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work as required exceeding 3.5 Mtr but n.exc 7.00 Mtr height building.

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish including formwork complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : (Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account).

Supply only TMT steel bars for reinforcement in required length and dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete/lean concrete/brick bats from sunken portion exceeding 15cm above ground floors and removing excavated materials upto a total distance of 250 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following :- (a) Taking out/ down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish from the site of work to a distance n.exc. 250m complete all as specified and directed. (b) Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) Material & labour for applying bituminous priming coat/tack coat over PCC surfaces @ 0.30 Kg per square metre of surfaces. (d) Material & labour for applying bitumen grade 85/25 over priming coat @ 1.20 Kg per Square metre. (e) Material & labour for 25mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement. on wall of sunken floor (f) Material & labour for suitable thickness of PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion of slab up to its floor level. (g) Supply & fix of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 450mm long (for draining out the water), as in spout for sunken floor, fixed as in wall, inside end fixed with wire netting & external bevelled edge at 45 degree, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees ( Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas, wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finihes with and incl material and labour in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) / Brick work in CM 1:4 as required at site and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for first quality, joint free Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.18 Sqm but n.exe 0.38 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

All as per item No 21.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting fixed on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L joint free vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

All as per item No 23.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting fixed on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L first quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles, fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x 450 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pattern of the tiles will be decided by GE at the time of execution.

Material and labour, 18-20mm thick granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in window cills, cooking plateform, shelves and the like, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stone slabs 50 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 dressed true and square in one length not less than 60 cm and n.exc. 120 cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades etc punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embeded unexposed beds and joints exposed edges round or chamfered , set, jointed and pointed in mortar as in plinth pretection complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
