Dismantling compressor of central AC plant for overhauling complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the general over hauling of compressor, compressor model:- SMC/4/65, Make:- Accel(R-22) including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning detergent, cotton waste, changing of compressor oil etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts compete system for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system incld. following operation complete all as specified & directed. (i) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure/ leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R-22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi.... (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temp. as per require site. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. Note:- (a) Spares of compressor shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of this schedule (Sr. No 1.01 to1.22). All device communication with the third party systems with must be secured using TLS/SSL encryption. System must work without any need of static IP. No static IP will be provided for any location. All screen development must show at least the basic monitoring, automation and controlling functionality for AC packaging unit within the actual layout of the campus. Periodic reporting shall be enabled according to the format decided by the engineer-in-charge. All runtime/ development licenses must be included in the above for creation and maintenance of the system. Note :- The comprehensive maintainence shall be done through OEMs of existing SCADA & Automation system. Functionality of SQL database to injest data and record periodic values and operations. a. The software shall record historical values of analog variables on a periodic basis and values of digital variables on an event basis (change of state). b. The software shall support recording of historical data on one or more files, defined by the user. d. The database files holding the historical values shall be stored on a periodical basis. Periodicity shall be a customizable value initially set to 1 week. This function shall be available when broadband internet is available.

Comprehensive service Providing/ reporting of HVAC operations system through OEM and OEM trained manpower for installed HVAC operations system augmented to AC packaging unit for the period of one year. The work includes: (1). Checking and validating all reporting on weekly basis (2). Response within 24 hours for any anomaly/ non-functional equipments. However, third party equipments breakdown service is not included in the timeline but is covered in the contract for the period of one year (3). Establishing communication between the DDCs based Panels and the SCADA Control center. (5). Uploading and downloading of logical programs from and to the DDCs (6). Supply, retrofitting and Commissioning in repair of compatible digital input/ Output card - with 24 digital inputs; must have suitable high-speed communication with the parent DDC. Must be of the same make as DDCs. The cards shall be mounting with retrofitting arrangement inside the package AC Units. The arrangement shall be proper DIN arrangement and adjusted inside the units.
