Laying of single circuit 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in constructed trench and proper dressing.

Laying of single circuit 11 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in constructed trench and proper dressing.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.0 m on a padding 0.25M deep in ground 1:5:10 cemend sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr hight & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed.Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick.brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be fiilled from the ground level up to 15 centimeter below from the top of wall,Cement,sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter.Two no. of channel 100x50 in length 1500mm will be grouded.0.35 CM.RCC will be done with cores sand,cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4.The t/fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand.(All the material will be arranged by the contractor .)

Laying of single circuit LT 3.5x70 sq mm XLPE cable in constructed trench and proper dressing.

S/C Cable laying in normal soil by digging of trench 900 mm deep, 500 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting os structure complete.(All the material shall be arranged by contractor including rail piece)

Lightning Arrestor structure : - Fabrication of lightning arrestor/CT structure/ PT structure as per RESSPO drawing with the help of 2 nos M.S channel 125x65 mm minimum 3.5 mtr long grouting 1 mtr deep from ground level in cc in ratio 1:4:8. complete in all respect.

Cable stand with D.O arrangement-Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50 mm,4.0 mtr long joined by 5 nos MS flat 50x6 mm fixing of 6 nos 11 KV Pin Insulator with Pin for DO arrangement as per drawing and grouting in a block of size 300x300x700 mm complete with painting complete in all respect.

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class GI pipe 50 mm dia from ground upto the water level (minimum 30 meter deep) as per standard

Construction of cable trench of size 150 mm wide 300 mm deep with brick work along with provision trench cover M.S strip at the interval of 0.30 M and M.S angle at both the edge of the trench and trench cover.Iincluding trench cover in 0.5 m length with arrangement of hooks for lifting of cable trench cover in easy and safe manner.

Hoisting of 33 KV single cable in 33 KVGIS Panel including jumpering,dressing of cable with required all necessary clamps and nut, bolts.(all the material shall be arranged by contractor)

Hoisting of 11KV single cable in 11 KV VCB Panel including jumpering,dressing of cable with required all necessary clamps and nut, bolts.(all the material shall be arranged by contractor)

Hoisting of 11KV single cable outdoor end termination at including jumpering,dressing of cable with required all necessary clamps and nut, bolts pipe etc.(all the material shall be arranged by contractor)

Construction of Fire wall,RCC framed with fire bricks in between transformers (4.5x0.345x4.00 ) Mtr
