PROVISION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AGAINST BER EQUIPMENT HELD ON CHARGE OF GE I CG GOA

Taking down existing industrial socket, indoor/outdoor unit of split type ACs of any capacity and size with voltage stabiliser etc. Contractor will carefully remove the aforesaid equipment from site and deposit to MES Store under AGE E/M Goa complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Industrial socket will be handed over to contractor through schedule of credit. (ii) AC/Stabiliser will be handed over to MES.

Taking down old aluminium/copper sub main wiring of any type and capacity incl. all accessories and all as directed. Note : (i) Old dismantled wiring and accessories will be contractor's property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

Supply and fix Split Air Conditioner Inverter type unit wall mounted, high wall split units indoor & outdoor with copper condenser and evaporator coils complete with provision of cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with BEE 5 star rated and capacity 1.5 TR, single phase 240 Volts, 50 Hz complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Voltas, LG, Bluestar, Hitachi.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA. Make: V-Guard, Luminious, Microtek.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & incl casing and caping of suitable size with all accessories such as Tees, elbows,couplings, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) Two runs for phase & neutral wire, one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of casing & capping will be measured as one unit for payment purpose. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 'C' Series MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified.

Supply and fix refrigerators not less than 310 Litres, electric driven (single phase), BEE 5 star rate with the following features i.e Frost free, double door, Auto defrost to stop ice builtup, adjustable temperature controller, double door with separate compartment for freezer inverter type compressor with energy efficiency of 5 Star rating, tuffened glass shelf complete with an overall product warranty of one year & 10 year on compressor complete including all as specified and directed. Note - Old removed item shall be deposited in MES store.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type fibre body with copper heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, PVC connection pipe and plug top 15 Amps etc. including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note - Old removed Geyser shall be deposited in MES store. Make Orient cat part No. Enamour Classic Pro or equivalent make like Crompton, Havells.
