Providing and laying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 by pressure distributor at the rate of minimum 3.00 Kg. per 10 sqm on the prepared bitumen / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per specification HSR Item No. 24.27+ Supply and carriage of material

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted thickness of Bituminous Macadam (BM) in one layer by hot mix plant and paver finisher as per specification of road and bridge work using minimum 3.40 % bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix. Complete in all respect i/c cost of bitumen, instruction issued time to time regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming specification in mandatory including cost of bitumen VG-30 grade. (NS). If bitumen required more than 3.40% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Providing, laying and rolling of open -graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 of cut back to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plan, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level an grades. Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade as per specification (with bitumen VG-10) HSR Item No. 24.32 (b) + Supply and Carriage of material

Applying priming coat with cement primer in shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces. HSR Item No. 16.25
