Bore hole 683 mm bore perfectly vertical wth reverse rotary rig circulation method or any other method of latest technology through any kinds of strata of the layers to the complete depth including maintaining strata samples duly graphically recorded and carried out electronic log test of the layers to the complete depth suitable for lowering MS casing pipes and gravel packing for the required length complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

(a) Drilling from ground level upto 30 meter depth

(b) Drilling from exc 30 mtr upto 60 meter depth

(c) Drilling from exc 60 mtr upto 90 meter depth

(d) Drilling from exc 90 mtr upto 120 meter depth

(e) Drilling from exc 120 mtr upto 150 meter depth

(f) Drilling from exc 150 mtr upto 180 meter depth

(g) Drilling from exc180 mtr upto 210 meter depth

(h) Drilling from exc 210 mtr upto 240 meter depth

(j ) Drilling from exc 240 mtr upto 270 meter depth

(k) Drilling from exc 270 mtr upto 300 meter depth directed by GE.

Note for item No. 1(a) to 1(k) :- lowering to ERW MS casing pipe and gravel packing shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this sch A / BOQ .

Supply assembling and lowering 300 mm dia Housing pipe (ISI Marked ERW) into bore holes including screwed socketed and welded to each other length of pipe upto 06 mtrs long heavy duty with minimum 8 mm wall thickness including necessary fittings & fixtures and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 herein before but 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply assembling and lowering 200 mm dia Low carbon steel pipe grade V ring type Johnson screen (suitable for above borewell) slotted pipe having 1 mm (or as recommended by Geologist and approved by GE) slot size into bore hole incl screwed, socket and welded each length of pipe dully painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of borewell by air compressor of the capacity 475 CFT/ per minutes and 1100-350 PSIG appropriate capacity( for 24 Hrs air compressor run) as required on ground till to get clear water complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of borewell using submersible pump of capacity 35000 GPH with variable drive to achieve sand free discharge including carrying out yield test using V notch/ other method to measure discharge (as per IS) complete

S & F Reducer of size 300x200mm (Nominal bore) having wall thickness 8mm, screwed at both ends with & including necessary fitting and jointing, providing at appropriate level complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for Bore well cap made of 8 mm thick M S sheet suitable for 300 mm dia ERW MS casing pipe and duly drilled for 100 mm bore GI pipe medium grade including locking arrangement with top end of the casing pipe test complete all as specified and as directed

S & F bail plug of 200 mm dia ERW MS casing pipe of thickness 8mm with strong iron hook screwed and duly welded to lower most end of the casing pipe test complete as specified and as directed. (Pipe will be measured and paid for separately).

S & F centering guide into borewell made out of MS flat iron ribs suitable for 200 mm bore MS casing duly welded, complete as specified and as directed

S & F housing clamp 150 mm long in two halves 20 cm wide made out of 20 mm thick MS plate for 300 mm dia MS Housing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embedded in bed block of size 900 x 900 x 900mm (around borewell pipe , with 100 mm dia 1 m long 2 nos gravel feed pipe (embedded) using PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm aggregate with cap complete as specified and as directed.

Fabrication & supplying of strata sample box overall size 400x750x100mm, made out of 18 to 20 mm thick veneered particle board, frame of aluminium angle of size 25x25x2mm having 20 Nos. partitions of size 150x100x100mm made with 12 mm thick commercial quality plywood and 25x25x2mm aluminium angle bearers, with and including sliding type sheet glass 5mm thick cover with suitable size aluminium channel frame complete as specified and as directed .

Supply & laying pea gravel of size 2 mm to 3.5 mm duly screened and washed, around casing pipe and slotted pipe in the bore hole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for electric logging by means electric logger for the total depth of tube well 680mm dia submission of 4 copies of logging sheet one original copy and its interpretation and approval from Geoligist complete all as specified & directed.

Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, 3 phase not less than 40 HP Motor with minimum 7 stage pumpset suitable for discharge of 1166 lpm , head not less than 150 Mtr. Note:- (i) Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adopter of 100 mm nominal bore 0.6m length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with column pipe duly fitted with 2 Nos. flat iron supports. The adopter shall be welded to GI pipe outlet and studded with discharge case. (ii) Column pipe shall be measured and paid seprately under respactive items of schedule 'A' (iii) The length of submersible cable shall be measured and paid seprately under respactive items of schedule 'A'

S & F galvanized Iron, column pipe 100 mm nominal bore, medium grade, in 3.00 mtr length each pipe duly flanged at both ends by welding with special provision of accessories such as MS supporting clamps having slots for housing two Nos submersible cable upto 25 Sqmm size including nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F dozing pump high pressure single head, gear motored adjustable dozing pump and high pressure range from 0 to 100 PSI, Power 230 volts, 50 Hz, 44 RPM 1/30 HP functional output 2 US GPD to 40 US GPD self priming with vertical or Horizontal mounting type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F DI fittings of size up 150 mm bends (any radius and angle) Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. `Y` junction, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Non Return Valve of cast iron for 150 mm bore pipe Class-I (ISI marked) and brass flap and seat withpout by pass arrangement, flanged both ends, joints and jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix gun metal , globe or gate valve of size 50mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI light grade pipe of 50 mm dia with all fitting for submersible cable protection Pcc/duct/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix pressure gauge 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure 25 kg/sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sluice valve class PN 1.6 of size 80mm dia flunged, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 24 above but size 100mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 24 above but size 150 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & lay pipe galvanized, medium grade including fittings of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per iterm No 27 above but of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Release Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Ductile iron pipe (water mains) 150mm bore class 'K-7' (duly marked with IS:1536) with spigot and socketed including suitable rubber tyton joint, centrifugally cast in any lengths, complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanisied steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit chumber of size 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall using sub class "B' brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20 cm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 platform with 15 cm off set on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 50 mm thick RCC cover, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 10 mm dia deformed bars at 10 cm centre to centre on both way incluing necessay form work complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less 2.25mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50mtrs below ground level connected with and including 32x6mm galvanized iron strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron, 20mm dia medium grade GI pipes for watering with funnel, wire mesh and 40mm GI light grade protection pipe for GI strip and including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete pit and RCC pit cover charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge on electrical plate no-3 of SSR Part-I of 2009. Note: (i) If desirable earthing result not achieved, earthing will be done any extra charge until get required earth resistance. (ii) The result sheet of earthing may submit to sub division level by contractor.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made machine pressed 60mm thick pre-cast cement concrete( Design Mix-35 ) inter locking tiles any colour and shape ( confirming to ISI-15658-2006) bedded over 50 mm thick sand cushioning and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for Gate wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including mbeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including embeding bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description,not otherwise described,over 10 cm in width or girth,including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.10mm dia wire and 75mmx75mm size of mesh size (pitch of wire) as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron based plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & serews as specified type 410 SP -22 (8.5 Meters long) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep & getting out for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick layers of soft/loose soil complete and all as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only ______ thickness shall be measured & paid.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying burntbricks sub class "B" old size for cable protection laid flat lengthwise perpenducualr to the axis of cable complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 25 Sq mm (nominal area) 3 core submersible cable (copper) and connected to submersible pump set including submersible cable joints & LT panel board complete all as specified and directed.
