Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including rafleat rising glass beads @ 250gms per sqmt area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete.

Labour for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm. watering and compacting to required density in OMC with P.R.R. but excluding costs conveyance of sub-base materials. SUB-BASE WITH STONE DUST.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stagesto proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of course agrregate watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificaton for Road work etc complete. USING GRADE (I) (90 mm. to 45 mm.) - USING STONE SCREENED DUST

C:C: (1:3:6) using 4 cm. size H.G. C.B metal including the cost of all materials, labour carriage, royalty etc complete.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Bliocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-40 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.

C.C. work of M25 grade with 20 mm down graded chips (C.B.) including hoisting & laying etc. complete. As per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
