Taking down carefully Ceiling fan /Wall Mounted fan/ Exhaust fan of any rating / capacity from site (as directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge) and after repairing complete again refixing in same position complete. (Note-: Spares parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Dismantling and taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm sweep any make with super enameled colour copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG and weight not less than 200gms and not more than 350 gms including, sleeve work, varnishing with F class insulation paper with threading, including blade screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing or issuing to concerned unit complete all as specified and directed (Note :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. Make of copper winding wire: BIC, HTP or DEVIDYAL

Supply and Fix cable FRLS PVC insulated and overall sheathed with flexible copper conductor 3 core of size 0.50 Sqmm cut to size all as required at site for connection from ceiling rose to connector block of ceiling fan.

Servicing of Exhaust fans of capacity 450/350/300/250mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws and refixing to the existing site after servicing and making the electrical connections complete all as directed . (Unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

Dismantling and Re-winding of exhaust fan motor 250-300mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG and weight not less than 250gms including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexbile wire of size 23/0.0076mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (iv) Copper winding weight shall not be less than old existing repaired fan. Make of Copper winding wire: Devidayal, BIC, HTP

All as per Srl item No 24 above but above 300mm and upto 450mm sweep and weight upto 500 gms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old paint by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of super enamelled synthetic paint to complete ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep at site incl, writing CA No, MES No or Srl No & location on the ceiling fans as directed or required at site.

Taking down carefully geyser 35 to 50 ltrs capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc and again refixing in position after repair & replacement of spare-parts, descaling of rust and rubbish material from the inner tank testing complete after replacing the unserviceable spare parts all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Spare parts/ items required will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe with brass hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides, 15mm bore (300mm long) complete ISI marked, suitable for cold & hot water upto 0-80 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed make as approved.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator Socket type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. not less than 100 W flush type.

S & F Fan regulator modular step type suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan hum free, 120W- 2 module including necessary connections complete all as spd and directed.

Fixing only of sheet metal enclosure with plug socket and MCB 20A SP and making connection with sub main wire with suitable size of thimbles including Cutting chases of suitable size on existing wall and making connection to the submain wire and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface including testing on connected load complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Sheet metal enclosure with plug socket will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing 2. Rate of MCB SP 20Amp, 10kA is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note: 1. 1Phase/3 Phase Electronic energy meter to be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Supply and fixing carbon steel anchor bolts, nut and washer of size 12mm dia & 80mm length by grouting in wall complete for mounting Geyser of any size all as specified and directed

S & F of angle valve/cock with flange chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia GI Pipe complete connection all as directed.

M&L for fixing Ventillating fan of sweep 250mm sweep incl cutting hole or square section of suitable size on existing wall fixing ventillating fan with suitable size of nuts bolts, connecting with 3core flexible copper conductor of 0.50 sq mm and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement Exhaust fan louver round or rectangular shaped made of MS steel sheet for exhaust fan of size 250mm to 300mm sweep and fixing on wall by means of suitable size of screws incl taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Exhaust fan louver round or rectangular shaped made of MS steel sheet for exhaust fan of size 380 to 450mm sweep and fixing on wall by means of suitable size of screws incl taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.
