M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement morter 1:6 finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in Cement morter 1:3 finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair/unfair face of brick work or concrete surface (in patches) finishes even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning,Flushing of chocked and desilting of outdoor sewage lines n. exe 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesal/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacty and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. the sludge deposited in the sewage ling shall be fully ceaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strick supervision complete all as directed. Note:- The service proider/contractor during the mechanised operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/stilt/liquid/mud and sand (in fou position) etc.

Desluding of existing manholes of depth upto 2 mtr (vol of MH exc 0.20 cum but not exc 2.88 cum)for liquid, solids and slurry material by machanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provison of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud abd sand (in foul position) etc removed to outside the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by engr-in-charge incluidng loading, unloading, digging outt pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/stilt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and sprreying bleaching power over the entire surface complete. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractorduring the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour and skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transpotation arrangements.

Note:- (a) The service provider/contractorduring the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour 9skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transpotation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/silt/mud.

Cleaning of sewer line and removing the blockage by manually with the help of bampoos/rods/pipes including rodding and flushing the water and dispose off tge sludge out side the MoD land upto 200 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Gully trap, Nahni trap, Floor trap, WC,WHB,Urinal and sink by removing the sludge dispossed off from out of defence land by mannually or machanically cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil (Soft/disintegrated) n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 M in depth for foundation for manholes/shafts or sewer line etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan & n. exc. 1.5 M in depth & getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm in thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete)set in cement mortor & removing demolished material out side defence land complete all as directed. (Bore of pipe 100mm).

M & L for SGSW drain pipe grade 'A' 100mm bore (internal) including laying in trenches and jointing in cement & sand morter 1:2 & testing complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggragated) as in bed including packing under & haunching against sides of SGSW drain pipe 100mm bore after they are laid & tested complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials/surplus soil out side of defence land up to a total distance of 1.5 Km complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar .

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 meter mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggragated) as in benchning, copings, channels, slightly chamfered or rounded on edge including necessary use of form work complete all as specified & directed at site.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick work of sewer champer or cement concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of sewer line or any type of sewer champer any description incl racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete rubbish out of MOD land all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) pan and trap incl connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc complete.

Demolition of RCC manhole cover slabs and similar suspended work incl(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

MS framed brackets of angle iron or of flat iron with hold fasts etc as directed incl necessary welding etc complete for manholes and covers confirming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0.

S&F precast RCC 1:2:4 manhole covers slabs any size, thickness with 3 mm thick FL around cover slab complete all as specified Make PPRC, polycrete including reinforcement as per manufacture design with frame complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming channel (1/2 or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing smooth and refrming benching as required for 150/200 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.
