Name of the work : 1. Strengthening the Road from Vellodu Ellapatty Road to Kombai Road KM 0/0 - 2/0 [R-158] Estimate amount : Rs. 130.94 Lakhs

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadum 50mm thick using IRC size machine broken HBG metal 0.20 cum of 26.5 - 13.2mm , 0.43 cum 13.2 - 2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm& bvelow metal with 36kg of of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete .

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS

Road Marking without applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflector Glass based on Bitumenous Surface

Supply of Kilometre stone of size 1.65m x 0.45 x 0.15m including all charges etc.,

Supply of Hectametre stone of size 0.90 x 0.15 x 0.15 metre

Provision for Name board cum Citizen Information Board

Provision for 60 cm Equilateral triangle cautionary Sign Board

Construction of Retaining Wall CH0/900 - 1/00

Earthwork excavation in all clauses of soils and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift for foundation as per ss20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all matials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in foundation Basement and Roof labs strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connected with foundations

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed.
