Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40KVA,415 Volts,3 phase and neutral , 50 Hz ,1500rpm Diesel Generator Set with canopy including AMF Panel, Bus ducting/ Cables from DG set to essential panel, DG set enclosure room sound insulation/ ventilation/smoke exhaust as required, with earthing terminals, control cabling, fuel tank/piping, DG set exhaust piping/ Chimney as per latest CPCB norms, Civil work including foundation as directed by Er.IC . The Genset should be Air cooled and with an A-1 governing system with an alternator of suitable/ equivalent capacity for 40 Kva DG and capable of taking 10% over load for one hour. (a) Brush less Alternator: Brush less Alternator 40 KVA output at 0.8PF, AC 3 phase,415 Volts 50Hz, self- excited self -regulated, Screen protected. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supply, Installation,testing & commissioning of 3.5C X 70sqmm cable, 1.1KV grade, armoured , XLPE insulated Stranded Conductor FRLS type. ( make: havells/rr cabel/polycab/finolex)

Providing and fixing of Main Pannels 14 swg with double aluminium Bus bars and allied accessories of different size chambers conssits individual doors for MCB's and MCCB's, energy meter chambers and other switch gears etc as per IS standards and requirement complete with following details including grouting with foundation complete. MCCB's should be ABB, Schneider/L&T/ Siemens/Anchor/ Havells, MCB's should be Havells/ABB/Anchor/Schneider/L&T, CT's Meter should be AE/Rishab/Morley or equivalent make& should be CPRI approved.
