Dismantling of brick/stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar including coping etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&LBrick work with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but except brick (brick type taken from dismantling) completed all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. completed all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on cement mortor 1:3 fair finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete with water proofing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping to drain wall including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed. .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or chnnel upto 60cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms,moulds,mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm grith complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats,treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.
