S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter With Particle Board Core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling of existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling of existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 300x 450x 7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling of existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 300x 200x 7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling of existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished PU coated Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, including dismantling of existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 47 here-in-above, but for except tiles, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden Surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Disconnecting existing PVC tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) and Cleaning of service water tank exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity and connected circulating pipes at any position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots etc or any other foreign material from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush draining out the water in the tank and washing internally by using bleaching powder and again draining out the water in the tank and applying single coat of lime washing on all tanks and marking the date of cleaning with white paint on black back ground including reconnecting and re-fixing in original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
