Supplying fitting and fixing 600 mm (±30mm) dia. meter R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) Concertina fencing on wall top using concertina coils stretched to approx. 6 meters length at site clipped with two nos. of horizontal R.B.T strands which will be tensioned and fixed with the vertical M.S angle iron posts by means of security fasteners (such as 'C' clips, R.B.T clips etc.) (The rate is exclusive of the cost of posts).

The rates includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. II) For Structural Works in Roof Trusses etc. using joists, channels and angles of specified section weighing less than 22.5 kg/ m. Labour for taking out (from fencing) line of wire (galvanised, strand or barbed) including the cost of taking out staples (by cutting or otherwise, as necessary). (Payment to be made on the length of the wire taken out).

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. Including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. Including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor). (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation Engineer-In-Charge.

Making one set of scaffolding only for painting and other repairing works for external works only with 10 cm. dia. bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 meter center to center and 7.5 cm. dia. bamboo ties @ 0.75 meter apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (b) Up to 3.9 meter height.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface: With super gloss (hi-gloss) iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).
