Dismantling R.C floor, roof, beams etc including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor.
Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick
Dismantling of all types of masonary excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.
Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)
Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 Mtr. As directed. The item includes necessary trimming the side of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.
Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. i) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)
Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made in measurement of finished quantity.)
Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.
Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm. size) excluding shuttering in ground floor. (Pakur Variety). a) 6 : 3 : 1 proportion.
Ordinary Cement Concrete M 15 (mix 4:2:1) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456 – 2000. i) Pakur variety.
Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) M-20 with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456 – 2000. i) Pakur variety.
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. b) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.
Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm./ sqm.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation trenches.
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening & removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requsite length, hooking & bending to correct shape, placing in proper position & binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection,complete as per drawing & direction. For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto4 m. i) Tor steel (JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL) For work in foundation and upto to ground floor roof.
Brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar. (6:1) a) In foundation and plinth.
125mm. thick brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in ground floor.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating nosing and drip course where necessary. i) With (4:1) cement mortar. a) 15 mm thick plaster. (Ground floor).
Neat cement punning above 1.5mm. thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor etc. (Note : Cement 0.152 cum. per 100 sqm.)
M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angles, channel sections) conforming to IS : 226, IS : 808 & SP (6) : 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS : 816 1956 & IS : 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS : 814 – 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hires charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. i) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./M.
Priming one coat on steel surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface if necessary. a) On steel or other metal surface. With other than hi-gloss of approved quality. i) Two coats (with any shade except white).
Labour for boring tube well of required dia. by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainers, blind pipe etc. and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in the connection. The tube well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. (d) For depth upto 150 metre for 50 mm dia. tube well with top enlargement of 100 mm dia. (i) 50 mm dia. boring etc.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials, jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.) PVC Pipes - ii) 100 mm dia.
iii) 50 mm dia.
v) 32 mm dia.
Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top. (i) 100 mm
Supplying High density Polythene pipe strainer of approved quality with adapter. a) 50mm dia
Supplying, fitting and fixing 300 mm M.S. housing clamp of approved quality.
Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-in- charge including cost of all materials,labour and equipment complete.
Supplying fitting and fixing M.S. socket ring. i) 200 mm.
Supplying fitting and fixing S.R. 100 mm. CRI Submersible pump 1 H.P., 25 Stage including submersible cable and Control Panel Board by lowering it into the tube well through lowering pipe at design depth and anchoring for pump vertical, with installation of electrical wire to be required for connecting pump with appliance and to make the pump serviceable by giving demostration with trial run of pump etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fitting and fixing 2.5 Sqmm cable (Finolex copper cable) if required as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
Washing development of tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required complete in all respect.
Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.
Geophysical investigation of the acquifer by electrologging system with all tools and plants as necessary including supply of necessary report.
