Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02.00 (here-in-before) but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of exterior emulsion APEX of Dark Shade on wall, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, matching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strands steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixed to any shape/type of standard posts, straining bolts, including screwing or tightning at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc (Note : Each line of wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface and applying one coat of exterior emulsion APEX of Dark Shade on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coat of cement base paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grass, bushes, wild grouth(after cutting the remaining grass should not more than 100mm from ground level) to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and removal of grass, bushes and deposited as and where directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast inerlocking paver block rubber moulded of drak shade/double charged/ultra charged and any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished chequered tiles (any colour) of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with gray cement & pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but nexc 10cm long and diameter of neck in mm 5 to 10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates of vertical steel posts etc and similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any n. exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any mesh size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires of any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft or loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes of 450mm dia, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 450mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 mix (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron as in hold fasts, wind ties etc and similar small work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
