A27 Call-centre operational manpower for 27 months: 18 Call Centre Executives (CCE) and 2 Network Engineers, including deployment, salary, statutory compliances, supervision, replacement, training, attendance/ performance management and operationalization
A28 Call-centre recurring OPEX for 27 months, including telephony/connectivity rentals/ usage, toll-free/ PRI/ SIP/ MPLS/Internet charges, recurring software/ licence/ subscription charges, infrastructure upkeep and operational support

Note: • All unit rates indicated in the schedules shall be inclusive of (not limited to supply), installation, duties, transport, packing and transit insurance charges etc. Taxes should be indicated under the relevant column in the schedules. • Bidder shall submit the Financial Proposal post understanding of the Scope of Work. All costs of procurement, installation, licences, subscriptions and annual fees of software and technologies required for the solution — including AI/ML/LLM/OCR APIs and licences, application-level and third-party software, SSL certificates and domain, VAPT/STQC/CERT-In/GIGW security audits and certifications, DR implementation and drills, monitoring tools, WhatsApp/meeting integrations, and the non-production (Development, System Integration Testing, Staging/Pre-Production) environments — shall be borne by the bidder and included in the Financial Proposal. However, the baseline infrastructure of the State Data Centre (SDC) and the Disaster Recovery (DR) site — namely compute, storage, network and hosting facilities for the Production, UAT and DR environments — shall be provided by the Department / State IT Department at no cost to the System Integrator, which shall be responsible only for deployment, configuration, optimisation, monitoring and any approved augmentation thereof. SMS usage through the State-approved SMS gateway shall likewise be borne by the Department. • Bidders shall not duplicate costs across Table A and Table B. Call-centre setup costs shall be quoted in Section I of Table A; recurring call-centre manpower/OPEX for the 27-month O&M period shall be quoted in Section II of Table A and reflected in the quarterly breakup in Table В. • All prices shall be quoted in INR and exclusive of GST, GST shall be quoted separately. • The Total Base Evaluated Price shall include all bidder-borne costs, including licences/ subscriptions, AI/ OCR/ LLM/ APIs, staging environment, VAPT/STQC/CERT-In audits, SSL/domain, DR implementation, monitoring tools, WhatsApp/meeting integrations. call-centre setup, call-centre manpower, telephony/connectivity, infrastructure and recurring O&M/OPEX, unless specifically listed as Department-provided or reimbursable in Table A Section III
