Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. As per S.I. No. 251.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.5

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - Above plinth level upto fifth floor lable : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone. As per S.I. no. 5.1.2

M.S. (Tor or plain steel) in plain work such as RCC work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire as per MORD specifications no 1002,1010 & 1202 (13.4).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:. As per DSR S.I. No. 6.1.1

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200. As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No 13.03

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.5

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.
