Repair of Alfa Therma /Thermax / rapid cool/ Western Make 1,00,000.00 K Cal/hr capacity water boiler which includes following :- Disconnecting electrically drain out of water opening of burner chamber, blower assembly all accessories & mounting on boiler : Make : Rapid cool water generator 100000 K Cal/Hrs, cleaning of all parts with chemical agents and reassembling of the same after necessary servicing/repairing/replacement of unserviceable parts as specified in each items mentioned / directed at site including minor repair such as welding, brazing, fabrication etc and all minor items such as nuts, bolt and washer etc as in replacment, complete all as per sample and all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts required for repair/ replacement shall be measured and paid for separately under item No 1.01 to 1.09 here-in-after . The cost on account of supply and fixing of spare parts is deemed to be included in these items only.
Photocell suitable for Alfa Therm/ Rapid cool / Thermax / Western boiler as in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Input ignition transformer 220 Volts having out/input 11 KV to 14 KV suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax / Western boileras in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Ignition electrode suitable for Alfa Therm/ Rapid cool / Thermax/ Western boiler as in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Fuel filter suitable for hot water boiler make: Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax / Western boileras in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure jet burner assembly suitable for light oil firing with stepless modulation mechanism all as per manufacturer design and of required head and capacity suitable for makes Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax / Western model hot water generator as in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Repair of electrical panel of boilers including replacement of indicator lamp,switch,contactor,MCB,relay of appropirate rating etc to make electric panel fully functional as in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Coil as per sample specified guage suitable for exisitng boiler including descalling and servicing of the complete boiler and connected items suitable for Hot water boilerof Make Rapid cool of capacity 1,00,000.00 K Cal/hr as in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Pressure gauge of size 4" for sutaible size of pipe line and connected items as in replacment all as per sample ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
