Dismantling of existing 7 TR package type HPAC unit at 3rd floor DWD AC plant room at MTS bldg jalandhar along with all accessories i/c air cooled condensor units ,refrigerant piping,cabling disconnection from plenum etc complete as required.

Shifting of 2 nos 7 Tr package type AC units along with all accessories i/c air cooled condensor units ,refrigerant piping etc from 3rd floor TE Bldg MTS Nagar jalandhar to Ist floor OFC NTR plant room at MW bldg at TE Bldg MTS Nagar jalandhar i/c crain charges for loading,unloading, shifting in same bldg ,labour charges and placing the package units at Ist floor in AC plant MW TE bldg MTS Nagar complete as required.

Dismantling of existing old 7 Tr package type AC unit along with all accessories from Ist floor OFC NTR AC Plant MTS Nagar i/c air cooled condensor units ,refrigerant piping,cabling ,LT panel ,disconnection from plenum etc complete as required.& placing the equipment at a suitable specified space as informed by building incharge complete as reqd.

Installation , Testing and commissioning of following capacities ac package units complete with all components , air cooled condensers charging of required quantity of refrigerant , condensers , cable between units, LT Panel as required on the existing framework .

7 TR HP AC Package units

Supplying & Installing 16 gauge hard drawn copper tube cuting , bending ,jointing ,brazing etc. as required.

Hot gas line ( size 5/8")

Liquid gas line ( size 5/8 ")

Supplying & fixing following size XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable for condensor units on existing tray, end termination glands, lugs etc. as reqd.

S/F of MS angle iron frame of following size for housing condensor units including cutting, welding, grouting and painting i/c minor civil work etc as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Dismantling of existing Split type AC units located in TE bldg Focal point jalandhar i/c dismantling of indoor unit, copper pipings, outdoor units, pumping down the refrigerant, stands for outdoor units and keeping the same to a safe location as per the directions of the engineer in charge.

Shifting of the already dismantled 3 Nos Split type AC units from TE bldg Focal point Jalandhar to DWD NTR room 3rd Floor MTS bldg Jalandhar complete with indoor, outdoor, cable, stand, piping, insulation etc.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the 1.5 TR Split type AC unit at DWD switch room 3rd floor MTS bldg by mounting/fitting Indoor and Outdoor units at their respective locations , laying and fixing of both liquid and hot gas lines, inter connecting wiring for both indoor outdoor units , interconnecting the indoor unit and outdoor unit with refrigerant piping, insulating the refrigerant pipe with expandable polyethylene Foam tubing unit , Leak testing entire system ,charging existing refrigerant in the unit , making power supply connections from the existing power point etc complete as required.

Suppying and fixing additional copper refrigerant piping of sizes 1/2" & 1/4" for liquid and hot gasline, insulating the refrigerant pipe with Nitrolon Rubber Sleev insulation material , taping , clamping i/c cutting, bending, jointing, brazing, flaring, etc comp.as reqd.

Supplying and laying 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper cable along with refrigerant pipe or alongwith existing conduit / cable tray i/c binding with plastic tags for extending supply from indoor unit to outdoor unit etc, as required . ( Make: any/ISI mark)

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

S/F 2X 4 Sqmm size PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable on wall with the help of saddles i/c making interconnection with existing DB/ AC etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of mimimum 20mm dia. PVC pipe of supperior quality for drainage water of split type AC units i/c elbow, tee, socket, union, adhesive, cutting and jointing etc. complete as required.

Provision of Top up of R-22 gas in existing Split A.C units i/c flushing, testing etc. as required.

IMPORTANT NOTE :- 1) GST is implemented. The tax will be regulated accordingly and the credit will be transferred to BSNL as per new rules.2.For claiming GST payment the vendor should raise GST invoice as per point No. 8 (GST invoice) of Vendor Contract Clauses of this NIT.
