Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 2 KMMR deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment deployed and not exceeding 23cm thickness, benching of slopes prior to placement of earth fill, sectioning extra watering to OMC and compaction of each layers to 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 ton) vibratory power roller/short width (+ 0.90 M width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel-operated or electrical operated vibratory plate compactors ensuring compaction of designed bund section as per specifications etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings as directed.(For Foundation).

Supplying and filling with M-sand of each layer not more than 15 cm thick including consolidation etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications etc complete as per specification

Supplying suitable Gravel and providing Gravel backing for apron and revetment to a thickness of 23cm including the cost of gravel , stacking the same for pre-measurement mixing with water so as to form into stiff plastic balls and laying and finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M10 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.(Without Vibration).

Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M15 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%); weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of various thickness and in bays; vibrating compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications. (Below Ground Level 1.50m to Above Ground Level 1.00m)

Supplying and Erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for all R.C.C. works etc up to 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre, including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete of grade M 25 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm; weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, vibrating compacting and finishing, adequate water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS or MS reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel rods of all sizes including binding wires and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing & fixing pre-cast cylindrical porous plug of 75 mm Dia and 300 mm in depth in porous concrete in CC 1:0:4, one in alternate panel in the sides in a staggered manner having size 40 x 40 x 40 cm filled with sand and outer and 25 x 25x 25cm filled with 12mm to 40mm coarse aggregate mixed with 1/3 sand on the inner including excavation, complying with technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying and fixing Bitumen Pad 20mm thick for Joints in the wall etc., including all labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 75mm dia PVC pipe to a required length for protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charge for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 10mm to 80mm dia size hard broken granite stone charges of the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc complete to drain the back fill ( Working pressure 4Kg/cm2) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above upto 1.00 m width consist shutters of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel Angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 65x65x6mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25x25x6mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 50 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and fixing in position of R.C.C. Hume pipes of NP 3 class of 300 mm. Dia with suitable collars including labour charges and jointing materials, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete.

Earth work excavation for desilting the existing rivers /canals/ channels/ odai/ nulls/ drains/ flood bows/ tanks/ reservoirs etc.consisting of every loose soil ,silt,oily silt,slury,marshy,loany,oranic soil,sea shell and flat mica particles withe zero present air voids in unhygenic & insanitary condition in under water and not under water deploying earth moving machineries with suitable floats buoys barge/hydralic excavator & other mechanical device including the cost of hire charges for machinerieswithcost of skilled operators with helpers & cleaners for the entire operation to reach the banks in which the removedsilt & sludge has to be dumped over eitherone of the river/ canals/ channels/ odai/ nulls/ drains/ flood bows/ tanks/ reservoirs etc.bank whichever is convenient as per the prevailing site conditions for easy conveyance and including jungle clerence etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the the Engineer in charge of work.

Conveyance by roads in plains o to 10 km including Loading unloading and transportation charges Of excavated silt in unhygienic & insanitary conditions to the dumping yard or low lying areas as directed by the field Engineer’s by deploying the earth moving machinery, hydraulic excavator, tippers & other mechanical devices including the cost of hire charges for machinery, with cost of skilled operators with helper & cleaners, including leveling etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the the Engineer in charge of work.

Supplying and fixing new 6mm thick M.S.chain Link fencing of approval gauge with angle above ground level and tying the same with an angle including the cost of MS flat making holes on the flat cost ot bolt nut 40 nos Washer etc to size of the chain link fenching is 2''x2''10 gauge etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the the Engineer in charge of work.

Supplying and fixing New G.I.Pipe Post using G.I. Pipe of approved quality and good variety ISI.brand 'B' class pipes of the following sizes for fencing post including cutting the pipe to required length fixing the pipe to plumb in the existing holes and laying the concrete. The rate is inclusive of cost of G.I. Pipes, including conveyance to work site and labour charges for cutting the pipe to required length and fixing in position as directed by the Departmental Officers etc. complete.(TNBP No.86) 50mm dia G.I.Pipe Post

Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast posts in Cement concrete of grade M20 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15M x 0.15M x 1.20 M and fixing the post 40 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 8 mm MS 10 numbers as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M around the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 10 cm of grade M 10 concrete using hard blue granite broken stone of graded metal 40mm size, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete of grade M20 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications
