Schedule 'A' Part - IX : Design, Supply and erection of Pre-Engineered building steel structure for Training Shed of size 60m x 30m and 8m height with profile pre-painted Galvalume sheet 0.50mm thick, RCC in foundation, anchor bolt in the base and bed plates, PCC floor, solid block masonry in side walls upto 0.9m height, plastering in cement mortar, plinth protection, wall cladding, Iron grills, Doors, Turbo Ventilators, surface finishes, Epoxy coated paints to structural steel surface. etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note: (i) PCC floor and underlayers as specified in schedule of finishes are included in the quoted Lumpsum.

Schedule 'A' Part - X : Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items: INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix two way Bib tap 15mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix Metal flush box 6 module for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover including all accessories and necessary work for fixing like welding screws, clamps etc. on iron chanel/angle/wall surface etc including painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix SMC (Sheet Moulded Compound) junction box, outdoor type, IP-65 protection, of minimum size 140mm x 140mm x 95mm, fixed with 4 way bakelite cable connectors inside box including 03 Nos polynide gland with check nut (M20 - 03 Nos), including necessary clamps made out of mild steel flat iron, nuts, bolts etc for fixing on chanel/angle/wall including painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED aviation light luminaire integeral LED aviation light 10 Watt comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including all necessary fixing arrangements all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj product code 110731 or equivalent in approved makes specified in PS.

Supply and fix Air Circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 750 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting with necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty Industrial type air circulator fan of size 400 mm sweep Turbo force, blades, with frame 1400 RPM including grouting the nuts & bolts of suitable size for mounting the air circulator fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix high bay LED lights fitting 1x100 W, 220V, AC rectangular excellent heat sink along with IP66 protection connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose as peall as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix surface highbay 150 watt LED light fitting energy saving, environment friendly with PDC housing suitable for ceiling (Surface/Suspended) mounting complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Bajaj category refrence BIHNK 150W WH NB TG SD or equivalent in approved makes specified in PS.

Supply and fix LED security light 70 watt with IP 65 Protection, white colour including all all fixing arrangement all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix security light brackets of GI pipe medium grade 40mm upto 1.5 mtr long bend to shape at 100-120 degree including arrangement of fixing at chanel/anglel with the help of flat iron clamps and suitable nuts and bolts including all material required for fitting, including weiding and drilling hole inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED security light 25 watt with IP 65 Protection with suitable inbuilt driver and complete accessories with MS housingfinished and having clear acrylic cover and GI pipe light grade brackets 32/40mm bore 1.2m long for fixing the fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp and 32/40mm bore GI pipe light grade brackets of 1.2m long for fixing the fitting, bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete

Supply and fix lamp holder (Angular/Straight), insulated body, with back plate for batten fitting including LED lamp 10 Watt all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with 4.0 mm GI wire as earthing lead by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 25mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR part I connecting to test point including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to centre both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- After completion of work if desired test result is not obtained the earthing is to be redone without any extra cost to deptt.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting existing GI pipe 25 mm dia and inserting of new GI tee 25x25x20mm for new connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Necessary excavation and earth work, new GI TEE 25X25X20 is incuded in the quoted rate

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine and inserting GI pipe of 100mm. all as specified and as directed. Note:- Pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
