Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 3000 GPH x 60 meter head submersible pump motor set for bore well along with 01 no as standby (1+1 standby) of reputed make conforming to latest ISI Standards. The job includes fabrication of adapter nipple out of 50 mm dia G.I pipe for joining one end of the adapter with the NRV of submersible pump set and the other end to be welded with M.S flange fabricated out of MS plate for fitting with column pipe. Fabrication of tie rod and welding of two nuts on opposite side of adapter to facilitate the fitting of tie rod. Providing, Fabrication and fitting of approx. 60 meters GI column / delivery pipes of 50 mm dia, 3 meters length each with MS flanges with 4nos. holes on each side of column pipe. Making 2nos. grooves on each flange to accommodate submersible cable. The top column pipe shall be fabricated by providing 1no, 12mm thick MS flange of size 350 mm dia on one side so as to rest the complete connected column pipes with submersible pump motor set on casing pipe.The casing pipe shall be provided with a cut for keeping a provision of submersible cable. One end of delivery pipe shall be provided and welded with 50 mm dia MS bends with proper flanges as per site condition for fitment of sluice valve. Fabrication of 2 sets of MS clamp set suitable for 50 mm dia column pipes with proper tempering and no slipping mechanism. Job includes lowering of pump motor set along with column assembly & submersible copper cable to the required depth with the help of chain pulley block and tripod stand & other tools & tackles. Job also includes fabrication and installation of M.S Gantry along with providing of 3 ton capacity chain pulley block for extraction/lowering of pumping machinery. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of three core multistrand PVC submersible copper cable 6mm2 from motor to panel in six leads approximately 150 meters, then p/f and laying 16mm2 copper cable upto MCCB- voltage stabilizer in three leads approximately 30 meters in length conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material.Job covers providing and fitting of 100 ampere MCCB-1no. of 50KA breaking strength inside the pump room. Testing and commissioning of pump set after making electrical connection with main switch, power cables and LT control panel with submersible cable. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handing equipments etc.

Providing, carriage, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 25 KVA voltage stabilizer copper wound, first quality CRGO silicon steel core, naturally- oil cooled, manually operated, 14 gauge container chamber alongwith allied works. Job includes providing of 25 KVA voltage stabilizer complete with mineral insulating oil, MCCB, change over switch complete with safety and protection devices etc. Job includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core armoured Al. cable of 50mm2 from electric pole to 160 ampere main switch approximately 25 meters length and further Providing and fitting of 16mm2 copper cable approximately 12 meters length from 160 ampere main switch to voltage stabilizer. The voltage stabilizer should have 5 upwards steps and 2 downwards steps (or as per the specified voltage range) from the line voltage i.e. it should work from 180V to 400+5%. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment shall be done. Complete Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
