Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Supply, fabrication and placing of reinforcement steel of high yield strength ribbed bars of various diameters and grade conforming to IS 1786 for reinforced concrete work.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for plane surface for reinforced cement concrete works such as column footing ,column pedestals ,plinth beams ,grade beams, staircase steps ,etc

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1 : 1.5 :3 using 20 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using country brick for foundation and basement including curing etc.,(Foundation&Basement)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc.complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc.complete complying with standard specification

Providing granolithic floor finish plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix with10 to 12mm HBG metal including all etc complete

Painting two coats with exterier emultion paint of approved quality and colour including all etc complete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with readymixed plastic emultion paint of first class quality and approved colour

Supply and fixing doors including all etc complete

Supply and fixing windows including all etc complete

Provision for Name & photographic charge
