Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

M/L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type I flat size 250mm x150mmx40mm with ISI mark.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying HT XLPE cable insulated , screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core 11KV grade, including dismantling of existing cable.

Laying only UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including dismantling of existing cable of following sizes:- Note : Contractor will collect the cable form the store yard of GE Gomantak and the rate of transportation and loading/unloading is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(ii) S&F Digital Ammeter with CT suitable for three phase-01 No (iii) S&F Digital Voltmeter suitable for 3 phase . (iv) Indicators with neon lamp with RYB shade,240 volts 50 c/s of suitable capacity resistance - 01 set. (v) Internal wiring with suitable size PVC insulated single core copper cable for connecting instruments-01 lot (vi) Making 08 Nos Holes (size 240sqmm) at the bottom ot the panel for outgoing cables.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintergrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in 11 KV HT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out excact location of fault all as specified & directed. : Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for searately in respective item of sch.
