Repair of Sotianala Minor Bridge Situated on Katra Sahbazpur to Allipur Gokula link road in District Gonda

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2

Laying of Filter of GSB on slopes and apron including all lead & lifts & including all material, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Laying stone boulder of 25-60 kg weight in apron with split up boulder including all material, labour and T&P etc required with proper completion of the work.

Laying stone boulder of 25-60 Kg. Stone in slope pitching with split up boulder including all material, labour, T&P etc. including carriage upto 100 m. on head load and 6 m lift required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810

Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm.

Providing and applying epoxy mortar over honey combed, spelled concrete surface and reinforcement inside and outside surface of RCC structure by epoxy grouting and injection process including cost of nipple, making V groove and plaster with epoxy mortar over the cracks as per MORT&H specification for road & bridge work section 2800. The work includes cost of removal of defective material, cleaning the surface thoroughly and applying of materials as per specification, labour, T&P scaffolding, arrangements required for proper completion of work as per specification & direction of engineer in charge.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification

E/W in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil.

C.C. in foundation in 1:4:8 with 4 cm. Gauge OBB. Fine sand & cement as per S.I.No. 275

C.C. work in 1:2:4 cement, finesand & 2 cm. Gauge stone grit as per S.I.No.279 (A)

First class brick work with 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar as per S.I. No. 305

20 mm cement plaster 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar. S.I.No. NS13.03
