Providing and laying Glossy vitrified floor tiles double charged in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, (Kazaria/ Nitco/ Orient bell make), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a). Size of tile 600x600mm

Providing and laying Antiskid vitrified floor tiles full body in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, (Kazaria/ Nitco/ Orient bell make), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a). 15 mm (fifteen milimetre thick) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..a) One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. a).With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a).Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a). Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile, rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 mm reveal profile (white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) With 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles

Providing and fixing Zebra Roller blinds of superior quality with required accessories complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Vista/Bizal/Johnson/ Nova make).

Providing and fixing Lecture Podium with built-in subwoofer ,loudspeaker ,one tweeter with 60 w rated output ,Gooseneck microphone ,LED reading lamp ,with VHF- handheld wireless mike with range 15-20 m built in control panel ,1 AUX input independent control complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Ahuja / Godrej / Auto track Make).

Providing and fixing Modern smart look benches following specifications and sizes are as under : Desk-Top Panel-All panels are made from 18mm thick Pre-laminated twin board (E1/P2 GRADE) with PVC edge banding on all sides. The panels have corner rounded for safety usage. Desk-Top Panel-All panels are made from 18mm thick Pre-laminated Compact Laminated Board with Decorative Paper on both sides (AS PER IS 2046: 1995) The Panels have corners rounded for safety usage.Understructure - All side metal frames and cross connectors are made from combination of 25.4 x1.2 mm thick(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes ,31.8 x 1.2 mm thick(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes and 28.6 x 1.2 mm thick(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes(As per IS:7138) which are welded together.
