Material & Labour for drilling and fixing Rohibb teflon in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia , 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structural member at the interval of 500mm c/c in staggered manner or as directed by Engr In Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (a) Cleaning of holes - cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles (b) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12 mm dia Rohibb teflon nozzle in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to recieve outlet of grouting gun. Fix it in side the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for 12 hrs (c) cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzle by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural element complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge
Material & Labour for injecting of site cement slurry grout in the ratio 1:2 ( 1- Cement 2- Water ) including super plasticiser (Super com -100) 250 ml/50 kg. Mixing shall be done mechanical mixer continously stirring mechanically to keep cement particle in suspention .Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg /cm sq etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled (for repair to wall and slab) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge
Material & Labour for injecting viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout, including mixing of material component ( part A & B) in the required qty as per manufactures instruction by weight batching. Grouting maintain the presssure at exit (0.5 to 1 1.kg/cm2) by monitering pressure guage at exit . Grout at material through prefixed nozzle in the structural element @ 100 ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all nozzle (Columns and beam) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement mortar with forced application (guniting) in CM 1:4 of 20mm-25mm thickness mixed with latex additives (MONOBOND) @ 200ml per bag of cement applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces upto 16 mtrs height of bldg including necessary scaffolding and working platform including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Rate includes the rate of MONOBOND. No separate payment will be paid for MONOBOND).

Material and labour for applying two coats of rain coat (brand name) or equivalent over a coat of primer as per manufacturer’s instructions using fully automatic Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying rain coat should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of rain coat on the surface complete all as manufacturer’s instructions and directed by Engineer In Charge. (The makes of Rain coat (brand name) or equivalent shall be as specified in Particular Specifications.)
Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge
Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using fully automatic Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge

All cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating with flutyne protection technology, complete as specified below: (a) Apply one coat of primer on cleaned and dry surface spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions and allow primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply 1st coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. (c) Laying of 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh incorporated on the 1st coating as a sandwich layer when the first coat is still in wet condition. (d) Apply 2nd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the first coat and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. (e) Apply 3rd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the 2nd coat and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane. (f) Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator from manufacturer only.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified (i) Material and labour for cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. 40 mm avg thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear
(v) Material and labour for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. the treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint
