Following nature of work will be executed at different locations at Navy Nagar and Nofra area including at BSO furniture yard under jurisdiction of GE(NW) NOFRA as directed by Engg-in-Charge / GE. Treatment to furniture shall be done carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts including tightening,screwing, welding, glueing, nailing,etc wherever applcable.

M&L for removal of old unsv wooden part of following furniture articles and S&F of New seasoned teak wood part with exact dimensions complete all as specified and shown on drgs and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment using grinding machine including filling of cavities by putty,filler,sealer and applying two coats of melamine polishing using spray machine to obtain glossy finish complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-charge.

M&L for Removal old broken/ unserviceable Leg /Arm rest frame made of conduit pipe and S&F new frame made out of 19 mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal old broken/ unserviceable seat/ back frame made of conduit pipe and S&F of new frame made out of 19 mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm as specified and directed.

M&L for removal old unsv PVC seat and back and S & F new PVC seat and back 4 mm thick having weight not less than 1.85 kg and having 90 x10 mm grooves (10 Nos) as specified and directed.(Make of seat/back will be : Amco/Comfo/Swastik)

S & F new hard PVC shoe of superior quality with suitable screws to chair complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L after necessary workmanship/repair as above; chairs shall be painted entirely with two coats of synthetic enamel paint( White in colour) of Make : Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger after rusting/scraping to steel surfaces. Steel primer will be applied wherever necessary during workmanship. Primer make shall be : Asian / Berger/Nerolac.

S&F new Flat iron strip of size 460mmx25mmx3mm seat frame by gas welding to provide support to PVC Seat.

CHAIR VERANDAH (Ref : FD-19(m), 259,256)

M&L for Re-canning seat & back of chair verandah with 1st class plastic cane 4mm wide make: Shah/ premier; white colour in matt pattern and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white to complete chair before re-canning Complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of Chair Verandah by scraping, denting, derusting etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (White in colour) by spray painting to Chair Verandah complete as directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for Remove unsv MS rod and S&F New MS Rod of 10mm dia,460mm long with gas welding duly painted with white synthetic enamel paint of Make: Berger / Asian / Nerolac after pre treated with steel primer all as specified and shown on drg

M&L for Refixing serviceable MS rod 10 mm dia, 460 mm long with gas welding duly painted with white synthetic enamel paint of Make: Berger / Asian / Nerolac all as specified and shown on drg

M&L for Cutting and removing unserviceable legs of chair verandah and providing new leg portion of MS conduit tube 20 gauge 1.6mm thick fixing with gas welding all as specified and shown on drg
