Cleaning of rooms, corridors, staircase etc. of buildings and sheds at CSIR-CMERI Institute campus, Durgapur-09

Cleaning the floor and wall surface of rooms, corridors, toilets, bathroom of building and sheds including partitions, glasses, doors, windows, staircase, lift, corridors, rooms, furniture, sanitary fittings, assets, machines etc to maintain high level hygiene and removing dirt, dust, grease, oil, algae, fungus, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surfaces with safe cleaning chemicals & chemical cleaning agent of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers, mops, brooms, spin mops, brushes, wiper, cloths, etc and also cleaning with state of art equipments viz. machine operated water jet, vacuum cleaner, scrubber machine, cobweb cleaner, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors, furniture’s, machines, fittings etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The surfaces shall be made neat & clean throughout the office time with relevant expertise supervisory involved. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved including scaffolding, if any.)(The payment will be made on floor plan area only).
