S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 450mm dia, 6 metre length, having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length, 125 to 127 Clips, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick), weight of each concertina coil not less than 8.4 Kg and fixing the same on existing Y-shaped angle iron, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I.clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters of aluminium sectioin weighing 0.55kg/m including necessory joining cleats ,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, stainless steel hinges, sliding door bolts, tower bolts and anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium (extruded section body ) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 140mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tonge, anodised with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any size thickness from steel/aluminium/wooden frame including removing MS cleats punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required.
