Provision/Replacement of VRF/VRV/SPLIT AC units for strengthening of Air-Conditioning system at Pune Airport

SH-I: Supply of Air-Conditioning Unit

Supply of modular type VRV/VRF air-cooled eco-friendly 16 HP ODU suitable for cooling, having all hermetically sealed inverter type minimum two Scroll Compressors with BLDC motor, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit, low noise condenser fan, vibration isolators, suitable foundation, stand etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 415V+/-10%, 3Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of R410a refrigerant and ready for use as required. The IEER at AHRI shall not be less than 6.5.A/C units shall be of approved make as required.

Supply of 4.0 TR 4-way flow VRV/VRF Cassette Type ceiling mounted IDU equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed BLDC motor, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drain water lift-up mechanism, drain pan, insulation, fresh air intake, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, cordless remote control etc., suitable for operation on 1-phase 240V±10%, 50Hz AC supply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from Building Management System. The cooling capacity of IDU will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C Dry-Bulb and 19 Degree C Wet-Bulb temperature. IDU shall be controlled individually for temperature and air flow.A/C units shall be of approved make as required.

Supply of 1.5 TR, 5-Star rated, high wall inverter type split Air-Conditioning unit (IDU and ODU) with washable filter, cooling coil connected to condensing units, wireless remote controler for temparature adjustment, IDU blower speed, swing adjustment, auto restart facility, sleep mode, turbo mode, LED display for temperature, stands for ODU, R410a/R32 charged etc. including standard length of properly insulated copper refrigerant pipe, drain pipe, copper cable between IDU and ODU as per OEM standard.A/C units shall be of approved make as required.

SH-II: Installation, testing, commissioning of AC units and dismantling of old AC

Installation of 16HP ODU with proper civil foundation, structural stands, vibration isolator etc. and 3 nos. 4-TR 4-way cassette type IDUs with all fixing arrangemnt, accessories like suspender, clamp, nuts, bolts etc. in the existing building/structure including all necessary civil works like making suitable careful opening of existing false ceiling, refixing it, lifting, shifting arrangement with scaffolding/ladder etc. as per the site requirement and making all damages good to the original finish up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply Installation testing commissioning of 0.7-1.0mm thick hard drawn copper refrigerant pipe of suitable dia as per OEM standard between ODU and IDUs of VRV/VRF system complete with fittings, suitable supports with ceiling/wall including necessary civil works like making hole in wall as required at site and making good all damages, jointing/brazing, Y-joint including all accessories, insulated with 19mm thick for suction and 13mm thick for liquid line Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular insulation sleeves finished with polyshield coating. Copper piping outside the building shall be protected from weather by suitable cover.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable size hard CPVC plumbing grade drain pipe complete with 9mm thick nitrile rubber tubular insulation, sloping, Tees, elbows, clamps, fittings, supports, drilling holes etc.

Supply laying PVC insulated of 3C x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor flexible cable in 25 mm steel conduits between ODU and IDU including end termination.

Supply and First charge of R 410a gas including vaccumiazation, Nitrogen testing and commissioning of 16HP VRV/VRF system including ancillary materials complete as required.

Installation testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR high wall inverter type Split AC Unit including making of necessary hole on concrete wall and making good the damages.

Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door horizontal type sheet steel TPN MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, outdoor type complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted along with suitable weather proof arrangement like rain guard etc. including providing and fixing of 01 no. 125A FP 25kA MCCB (Thermal Magnetic release with adjustable O/L, S/C protection, Ics=100%Icu) with rotary magnetic handle, terminal spreaders, 04 nos. 32 A rating, 415 V, 15 kA, "C"-curve 4-pole MCB complete with connections, earthing, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply Laying and fixing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor 4Cx50 sqmm. armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade on wall surface clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp / in existing trench/duct/cable tray as per site requirement.

Supplying and making end termination with compression brass gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 50 sq. mm (35mm) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply Laying and fixing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor 4Cx4 sqmm. armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade on wall surface clamped with 1mm thick saddle/ in existing trench/duct/cable tray as per site requirement.

Wiring for power plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as requried.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling, removal of existing VRV/VRF system consisting of 18HP ODU, 3 nos. 4-way cassette type IDUs including interconnecting copper refrigerant pipes by arranging ladder, scaffolding etc. and shifting to AAI store.

Buy back of old Blue star VRF 2 Outdoor and 06 indoor units with existing accessories like remote,copper pipes,cable drain etc. as required.

SH-III: AICMC after DLP

All Inclusive Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following AC system after completion of Defect Liability period through OEM/OEM's authorised dealer including unlimited breakdown visit, attending complaint along with repairing/replacement of unserviceable parts like compressor including gas charging, consumables etc. as required, quarterly visit for preventive maintenance. 16HP VRV/VRF,with 01 ODU and 03 nos. 4TR 4-way cassette IDU

All Inclusive Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following AC system after completion of Defect Liability period through OEM/OEM's authorised dealer including unlimited breakdown visit, attending complaint along with repairing/replacement of unserviceable parts like compressor including gas charging, consumables etc. as required, quarterly visit for preventive maintenance. 1.5Ton inverter type split AC unit with ODUand IDU
