Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade of 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished bright, area of tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

M & L non-skid coloured ceramic coloured tiles, first quality, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm /450x350x7mm thick/ first quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments. (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) including 10mm thick screed bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F Pressed steel frames for doors, made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, with one or more rebates including supply and fixing of necessary fixing lugs, 100 mm long butt hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete, of frame size 125 mm x 60 mm, including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with and including 25 x 3 mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side and back filling to chowkats with PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) after applying and including one coat of black paint to prevent from corrosion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 35mm thick 2nd class hard plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. the size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make as per PS.

S&F 30mm thick, factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete, all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make as per PS.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillers, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, including rounding and moulding wherever required edges of granite as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) all as specified and removing debris ouside MD land.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 25 Sqmm 4 core nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or laying UG cable in trenches n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense complete all as specified and directed.
