Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed printed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 200x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for backing coat/rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work surface in CM 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removing the rubbish out side the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster with redimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster with redimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl item Nos. 10 & 11 :- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech Readiplast/ACC Accoplast/Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE. 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or from their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produce original purchase voucher alongwith test certificate of readymix plaster while claiming RAR/ Final Bill. 4. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify the genuineness of these purchase vouchers before endorcing.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on whole surfaces to achieve smooth, even and uniform surface including grinding with sand paper and levelling of surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on white or tinted over existing prepared putty base surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plasered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plasered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any discription or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing the rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Udaipur green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing, 15 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 19 above but 20 mm bore of pipe, complete.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings (such as Tee, bend, elbow, union etc) and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 21 above but 20 mm bore of pipe, complete.

Cutting chases or making holes, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including sheet cover of closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminiumised hinging device, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cisterns 10 ltrs capacity , low level , white, with inlet ball valves , float and handle including brackets and pvc flush pipe 32 mm dia for low level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick wood grain printed moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick Factory made IInd class hardwood plain,framed paneled shutters (any numbe of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneering on both faces size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (part) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made IInd class hard wood glazed and Skelton shutters (three panels) open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc. divided into squares edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded mitered and rebated sash bar any number with cut or mitered beads for securing glass/ gauge etc. size of members of shutters, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chipping of spelled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting, scrubbing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide gunniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :2 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding , shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto full height of buildings including removing of small trees shrubs etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.)

Notes for BoQ:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
