Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 15 (fifteen) passenger cum stretcher lift MRL (G+3) OMEGA Make at SDH Qaimoh.

1.Complete installation, testing and commissioning of 02 Nos. 15-Passenger G+3 lifts already supplied at site, including erection, assembly, alignment, fixing and handling of all supplied lift equipment. 2. supply, installation, programming, testing and commissioning of New Main Control Panels compatible with the existing lift equipment and ARD along with batteries (As per specifications of Annexure “A” ) 3. Supply and installation of all missing sundry items/accessories like joint plates, safety dog, L Support, grey wire, floor sensor, rubber pad or any other item (s)required for completion and successful commissioning of lift. 4. All necessary electrical interconnections, wiring, protections, earthing and allied electrical works. (As per specifications of Annexure “A”) 5. Requisite civil works (As per specifications of Annexure “A”) 6. Testing of complete lift installation including all safety devices and interlocks; coordination with the competent inspection authority, statutory inspection/testing, compliance with observations, rectification of deficiencies and obtaining requisite statutory clearance/approval for operation of both lifts. (As per specifications of Annexure “A” 7.Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of lifts for a period of Four (04) years after successful commissioning, including preventive maintenance, routine servicing, breakdown attendance and replacement of defective components/items, complete in all respects and as required to make lifts safe, functional and operational. (As per specifications Annexure “A” ) Note:- The firm shall be responsible for ensuring that all components incorporated into the installation are technically compatible, safe and compliant with applicable standards and statutory requirements. The firm shall also be responsible for the supply and replacement of all components of the existing departmental lift material found defective, damaged, obsolete, incompatible or otherwise unsuitable for incorporation during the pre-installation technical evaluation, including associated mechanical, electrical, control and safety components required to make the complete lift operational. All such replacement works shall be carried out with compatible and technically suitable components. The firm shall be responsible for coordination with the competent Lift/Electrical Inspectorate or other statutory authority, submission of all requisite drawings and documents, arranging statutory inspection, attending to and rectifying observations/deficiencies pointed out during inspection, and completing all formalities required for obtaining statutory approval, licence and tagging/registration of the lift for lawful operation. The firm shall thereafter carry out final demonstration and handing over of the fully operational lift to the Department, along with operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning reports, as-built drawings, warranty certificates, statutory documents and all other relevant technical documentation. The lift shall be handed over in a safe, fully operational and serviceable condition, fit for use by the Department. The item shall be deemed complete only after successful installation, testing, commissioning, statutory inspection/approval, licensing/tagging, demonstration and handing over of the lift to the Department.
