Excavation work by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual in all height and depths and in all kind of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil , setting out true to the required line, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met with in the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailling out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and disposal all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping site ( to be arranged by the contractor) including its stacking leveling dressing including all lead and lifts by head load, mechnical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HP PWD specification. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceble metreial shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all case. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etcetera in layers not exceeding 20cm (Twenty centimetre) in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, upto all leads and lifts including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and filling of hard stone under floor including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm ( forty millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 12.5mm ( twelve point five millimetre) nominal size including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10(ten) of approved quality using 1.7 kg ( one point seven kilogram ) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Making plinth protection 50mm ( fifty millimetre) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size) over 75mm( seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling and dressing and finishing the top smooth including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-30 (M-thirty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 30N/mm2 (Thirty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not not less than @ 400 Kilogram/Per cubic metre (at the rate four Hundred kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix. All works upto plinth level to give a smooth surfaces machanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetraetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
