Schedule 'A' Part-I (Repair and maint of E & M Eqpt)

Reparing of existing transformer 1x63 KVA includnig rewinding primery and secondary coil with following spares:- (a) Dismantling/disconnecting of transformer including transportation charges to work shop, servicing charges including reassembling and after repairing re-installation, testing and commissioning at site complete.

-ditto as above item No. 01 but (b) Rewinding the coils primery winding and secondary winding of core with copper wire as per existing gauge and varnising complete as per IS specification.

-ditto as above item No. 01 but (c) Supply of copper copper wire.

-ditto as above item but (d ) Filteration of existing old transformes oil

-ditto as above item No. 01 but (e) Toping up new transformer oil with desirable limit.

-ditto as above item No. 01 but (f) Replacement of old UNSV silica gel in transformer breather .

Fixing of LED street lingt in existing electric poles along with perimeter boundry wall including labour charges for shifting ladder and taking down old unsv street lights. (LED street lights will be shall be supply by Dept free of cost).

Repair/ Maint of existing Gang operated device including replacement of wornout UNSV spares and servicing of GOD complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance/ oil servicing of DG set 30 KVA as required for normal functioning both electrical and mechanical following spare parts and repair if required incl replacement of all filters i.e. fuel filter spin on type, air filter, oil filters, change of engine oil as required,radiator servicing, batteries, startup items etc. and make sure that exhaust smoke (Level/colour) as per standard incl cost of testing of all controls & commissioning and 180days warranty of all services for DG set 30 KVA. Note:- The major spares measure and paid seperately under relative items and minor spares which are not including but required to make functional the DG set shall be included in quoted rate.

(a) Supplying and replacement of fuel filter element set

(b) Supplying and replacement of oil filter spin on type

(c) Supplying and replacement of Engine cooling fan belt

(d) Repair/rewinding of self starter/dynamo incl replacement of dynamo belt

(e) Repairing of control panel box of DG set 30 KVA including replacement of KWH meter starting relay coils and internal copper wiring including connecting contactors, electronic controller and other switch gears complete.

Repair and servicing of desert coolers including replacement of unserviceable water circulation pump vent pipes, repair of fan motors, capacitors etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair and servicing of water coolers any capacity including gas charging, replacement of tap, connecting pipe connections,capacitors etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair of 1x30HP water pump of Bn HQ including rewinding, coupling, bearing, star delta starter and servicing complete. (a) Rewinding of coil.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of existing diameter including binding etc. as required.
