Dismanting asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section framed work including rafter, purlin etc of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for structural steel works of Fe-410W (Grade 'E' 250) quality 'A', as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate / red oxide primer paint (including preparation of surface) before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410 W (Grade 'E' 250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exceeding 30 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nail complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for frame work for ceiling with specification as under mentioned: - (i) GI section frame work (Powder coated) suitable for ceiling board consisting of perimeter wall angle 19mm X 19mm X 0.45mm, cross 'Tee' 28.6mm (web) X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick powdered coated main tee 38mm (Web) X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick. Wall angle shall be screwed / fixed to brick wall / partition wall / concrete / RCC with the help of nylon sleeves and screws @ 610 mm centre to centre, then suspending GI main 'Tee' in both directions by means of hangers / suspenders including 4 GI wires with alignment @ 1220 mm centre to centre to soffits. To from grid of 610 X 610mm cross Tee shall be provided @ 610mm centre to centre in both directions and all suitable provisions shall be made for fixing the recessed / surface mounting light fittings if any, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 4 mm thick of size 605 X 605 mm, white pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced designer board for false ceiling conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 :1993 fixed / laid / inserted to GI framework at ceiling with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Rates are deemed to be included for patches work.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cemnt mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. all as specified and as directed. (Including all necessary scaffolding lifiting arrangement).

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of concrete or brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper of wall to old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying a coat of wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered new / old surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No 21.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slab fixed in position including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed blocks etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
