The Plant must be constructed with welded Mild Steel of adequate thickness not less than 5 mm complete with Iron eliminator, Brine Tank made out of FRP 5 mm thick, pump with suitable capacity along with motor, electrical cabling work, chemicals and reagents for initial charge complete with all respect for satisfactory performance. Supplying, fitting & fixing in position suspended boxing for return /supply air arrangement for ducting or flat falas ceiling and Tap Door with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm ,25mm x 25mm powder coated wall angle with aluminium composite panel Make: Aludecor / Armstrong, Outdoor type) of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification inished with aluminium screw and silicon sealant including suitable arrangement for grill fixing complete in all respect complete by using proper scaffolding and safety arrangements (As per direction of EIC)

Charges for cutting wall / floor for entry of different sizes duct & pipe lines including mending good the damages and removal of rubbish as per direction of EIC.

M.S. works for extra supports of Indoor units MS Channel, MS Angles of different or as per required of machine including necessary fabrication work, making holes, supporting by MS plats of suitable sizes as per site condition and painting with anticorrosive paint after tro coats of primer (Brand & colour approved by EIC) with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc.

Terms and Condition:

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year

(Rates should be Quoted inclusive of all taxes & duities and L.W.C. @ 1% as applicable)
