Supply and fixing in position 63mm nominal bore and 15m long synthetic fibre, circular woven jacketed, rubberized fabric reinforced rubber lined (RRL) fire hose pipe of approved make bearing IS : 636-1988 type A mark and having TAC and MMD approval with a pair of 63 x 63 mm gun metal instantaneous type, heavy duty delivery hose coupling (conforming to IS : 903) bound and riveted to the hose pipe with copper rivets and copper wire, complete all as specified and including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing manual call bell point break glass type enclosed in M S enclosures body of 3 mm thickness complete with chain and harmer and incl inscriber in case of fired break glass complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing electrically operated Electronic Hooter of range 1Km enclosed in MS enclosures of suitable size painted with sythetic enamaled paint red coloured complete with suitable transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Single headed Gun Metal fire hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) of 80mm dia landing valve with 63mm dia female outlet complete and 80mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290 , suitable for brigade hose of 63mm with couplings conforming to IS 903 including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of wall mounting swinging type First aid fire hose reel with drum, hanging bracket, Thermoplastic rubber (first aid hose) as per IS 12585 of 20 mm dia 30 mtr length to with stand 10 kg per Sq cm working pressure fitted with gunmetal nozzle and shut off valve of any size complete all as specified. The hose reel shall be conforming to IS 884-1985 including for 25 mm dia MS pipe connection from riser to hose reel sockets, nipples, elbows, valve etc. Drum shall be fixed on adjoining wall through anchor fasteners/cement concrete hook or MS stand as per site requirement and the rate for fixing/hanging items in the rates quoted(for internal hydrant and one each an either side of stage) including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of weather proof standard fire hose box made of 18 SWG gauge MS Sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses, lock, 2 keys and a break glass, recess for keys, painted in fire red. The door frames shall be of 16 gauge MS sheet. The hose box shall be painted fire red outside with 'Fire hose' marked on front and brilliant white inside suitable for housing including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in 2 lengths RRL hose pipe conforming to IS:636-1979 (type-II) of 63mm dia including GM instataneous male and female coupling (IS:903) and branch pipe and nozzle 12.5mm dia including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of position Gun Metal 63mm dia short size branch pipes lenght 300mm with 15 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS: 903). and including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement water delivery rubber (first aid hose) 20 mm dia 30 mtr length to with stand 10 kg per Sq cm working pressure fitted with Gun Metal nozzle and shut off valve of any size complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of Bourdon type pressure gauge with gun metal isolation cock and copper ‘U’ Tube.having calibration of 0-14 Kg/cm2 ,and 100 mm dial size all as specified including taking out unserviceable pressure gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Sheet metal enclosure MCB ditribution board signle pole and nuetral two way 240 volts single door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Isolator SPN 16 Amps to 40 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of sub main wiring with two single core 4 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade heavy duty, copper conductor multistranded , drawn in PVC conduit , medium grade 20 mm dia having 2 mm wall thickness including one single core FRLS PVC insulated copper cable solid core of size 1.5 sqmm as earth wire fix to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in replacement Pad Lock verical type size 75mm having duplicate key 7 level complete all as specified and directed

Writing letters or figures (Black, Romon, Italic or Indian) with paint not exc 30cm height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of solid-state Annunciation panel with LED display, reset button and Piezo sounder for providing audio/visual indication from Hooter and MCP. Each panel shall include 2 Nos. lead acid batteries of 12 volts each and shall be 06 number of zones, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of 2 Run of 1.5 sq.mm single core HRFR PVC insulated copper conductor (Unsheathed) cable including suitable size PVC conduit of 20 mm dia for connection from Annunciation Panel to MCP and Hooter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of butterfly valve of following size/bore conforming to IS 13095 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 150 mm dia without by pass arrangement, Swing type, confirming to IS 5312 (part 2)-1982, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.6 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of this item.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable 100 mm dia Sluice Valve dismantling and opening carefully for servicing over hauling shifted to and fro to workshop,material and labour for replacement of unserviceable & worm out SS spindle,square Nut,Body Nut- Bolts,Gland nut -bolts,Gland packing etc,including machining and greasing,reassembling and refixing in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The cost of washers,gaskets and cast iron gate valve & stinless steel spindle of sluice valve packing nut bolt etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 2 way fire brigade Inlet Connection (ISI marked) including nut, bolt washer and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified directed.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable Gun metal 2 way Fire brigade inlet to down commer line dismantling and opening carefully for servicing over hauling shifted to and fro to workshop,material and labour for replacement of unserviceable &worm out GM Parts and rubber packing BNW etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable Gun metal 3 way Fire brigade inlet to downcomer line dismantling and opening carefully for servicing over hauling shifted to and fro to workshop,material and labour for replacement of unserviceable &worm out GM Parts and rubber packing BNW etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement 4 way fire brigade Inlet Connection (ISI marked) including nut, bolt washer and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply and fixing Fire hose real drum suitable for 20 mm dia rubber hose pipe upto 30 mtr length including nozzle of suitable size, all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement 4 mm plain glass along with Rubber Beading etc change in FHC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting on steel and iron surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour scheme or pattern after preperation of old painted surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of 15 mm dia Sprinkler glass bulb type standard response as PER IS-15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree rating pendent type make incl taking out unserveceable sprinkler glass bulb complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of fire pump control panel including Material and labour for Prepration of existing painted steel surface of LT panel by scraping and cleaning the surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting to achieve glossy finish in approved colour/shades including patch work ,welding replacement of defected hinges inner/outer surfaces of LT Panel etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any spare parts if required deemed to be quoted in this rates.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 150 dia mm pipe heavy duty class "c" MS ERW pipe ,ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows, flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed at site including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colour over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of Industrial Pressure switch IPS (100) which is an electromechnical device that senses changes in pressure and provides electrical contact closures at predetermined pressure valves. The electrical continuity is maintained between contacts NC& COM under normal conditions. The contacts changeover to NO & COM on rise of pressure to preset value all as specified including taking out old unserviceable pressure switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling monoblock/Jockey pump set of capacity upto 10 HP after removing from base plate disconnecting form pipe line and dismentling pump set, replacing US gland packing gun metal bush bearing and water seal applying greasing etc reassembling the pump set and refixing back on the base plate and connecting existing pipe line with new nuts, bolts and gasket including painting of motor and pump sets suction and discharge pipe line with one coat of paint with spray painting also connecting the existing cable etc. checking and starting and testing complete pump set for satisfactory pump set all as directed.

Disconnenting, removing, dismantling and rewinding of electric motor induction type three phase 415 Volts 50 Hz AC supply with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, reassembling/ re-fixing connecting and commissioning and testing complete upto 10 HP cap pump motor (Jockey pump) all as specifiec and directed.

Overhauling monoblock/Jockey pump set of capacity 12.5 to 25 HP after removing from base plate disconnecting form pipe line and dismentling pump set, replacing US gland packing gun metal bush bearing and water seal applying greasing etc reassembling the pump set and refixing back on the base plate and conneting existing pipe line with new nuts, bolts and gasket including painting of motor and pump sets suction and discharge pipe line with one coat of paint with spray painting also connecting the existing cable etc. checking and starting and testing complete pump set for satisfactory pump set all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
