Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete including disposal of debris all as directed.

M&L, brickwork with Flyash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete including disposal of debris at low laying areas as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for Virified tiles (Double charged) 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exceeding 0.36 sqm sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 9 mm thick light coloured vitrified tiles in skirting of size 600 x 100mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

VM&L for virified tiles ( double charged ) light shade 9mm mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade and design/pattern of tiles shall be as directed by GE.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles ( double charged )of same shade and design as abobe iten No 9 as in skirting 9 mmthick (square/ rectangular) polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for nonskid joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 Sqm, of approved colour any print/design in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surfaces, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for glazed ceramic joint free tiles in vertical surfaces 600x300x7mm thick of approved colour any print/ design set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on vertical suraces of wall as base to glazed tiles complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in floors takig out sunken fillings ,M&L for Treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) Material & labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely 40 mm thick avg PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout and fixing 40mm dia GI pipe spout pipe. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacurer instructios. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and shall be tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(v) Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.

M&L for filling in brick aggregates in sunken flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs laid, bedded and pointing in any mortar and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.
